I was on vacation and the place I booked to get my truck detailed canceled on me, but I took my truck here and they did a fabulous job. They were professional and helpful. There wasn’t a single person I interacted with that being wasn’t going above and beyond for me. I’d happily go here again and I appreciate the service I got here!

Poor service, rude manager, referred to customer as “yo”, have gone back a couple of times since, and have had the same experience, changed a back light cracked the plastic, resulting in having to purchase a new black light system….not pleased.

This is our only express option in town but with that being said they do not do a thorough job on the inside even for an express place. We’ve had our car fully detailed here and that was excellent but the rush job leaves a lot to be desired. The guys are nice and will always go back in and re-wipe the areas that they missed but a bummer to have to ask.

I went here first thing Saturday morning 2/19/22 and I noticed that one of the employees stole a flashlight that was on my visor it wasn't expensive only around 6 dollars but I don't want to deal with thieves the one on the passenger side was left alone......... Response from the owner Hi sorry about that maybe he might of hit it with head getting in or out car . You should have asked supervisors or check around seat area. We don’t have stealing problems.. The light was very secure no one could have hit it with their head and even if they could have it would not have fallen out. Your response is ridiculous and I did look around the truck and nope it was gone! You may not have stealing problems but your customers do...

I had my car interior detailed here, I had an issue with mice in my car when I went away for a couple of months, my car is brand new and other than the mouse droppings and smell it was pretty clean from the start. Point is that it was not a tough job to begin with in my opinion. I was disappointed to find that my cup holder still had mouse droppings and what looked like urine after my car sat there for 8 hours. I had to have the employee clean it multiple times again for it to finally be clean. When I voiced my concerns to the manager Luis I was not met with ANY accountability, he simply stated people make mistakes, which I do not disagree with but as a paying customer I expect that the service I pay for is up to par when I pick up my car, I had places to be and waiting for my car to once again be cleaned after sitting there for 8 hours is ridiculous. I think a supervisor needs to check these cars before calling a customer to come pick up the car, otherwise you end up with dissatisfied customers like myself.

I have been faithfully coming here for 10 years to get my oil changed. Not anymore . Their prices have increased significantly which is understandable but I continued coming because they included an interior and exterior cleaning if you purchase an oil change . Now they’ve changed that and only include the exterior cleaning and $75 for an oil change and basic car wash is way too expensive. I will be looking for a new place.

The worst car wash I have ever gotten in my entire life! Literally could have saved 30$ and washed it myself. They didn’t prewash it correctly either, so now I have a ton of tiny scratches on my brand new car. I should’ve taken more pictures but I ran home to rewash it inside and out as well as re-vacuum. Save yourself the headache and steer clear from here.😭

I asked for a complete clean of the outside and inside, but they cleaned the outside and inside, they didn't clean well. The doors were dirty, and the trunk wasn't cleaned at all. The inside of the windows was left opaque, and the outside was stained, it's not worth it. Let them clean it.

Horrible job. Floors not vacuumed at all, dash not even wiped. And $10.00 "environmental fee" to dispose of old oil? How come other shops don't charge this? Do the owners ever read bad review after bad review I wonder? They clearly don't care, wish I could figure out how to give zero stars.

I asked for just the inside be detailed. I paid 69. They told me I had to pay the 15 exterior wash to get the detail but if I wanted another service it would be half off. I told them I just wanted a focus on the inside. There was crumbs and trash from the kids and I showed them one of the carseat cup holders was half full of oj. They said no problem. The first row was great. The second row was mostly good except the oj was still in the cup holder. The third row wasn't even touched. The cup holders had crumbs and drive thru wrappers were still there and a muffin was crumbled and pressed into the seat belt. Still had to have my son clean it

The service used to be great! The last few times, my car was not cleaned on the inside despite paying for the Works. I was told that I could bring the car back in that day with my receipt to get a voucher for another car wash. I have been getting my oil changed there for years, but they are no longer working on Hyundais or Kias…they will give you a letter explaining that there is no manufacturer recall but you need to take it to the dealership. Oddly, another express lube had no knowledge of this and was happy to change my oil.

I went through car wash and the Mercedes logo was ripped off of the hood of my car. The employee took down my info and promised to call me back but never did. When I called they said lost my number was the issue. Then said they would call me with resolution. Never called. I kept getting promises to call me back that never happened. About 3 times. I asked what they would be doing for me they said they are not responsible. They said they have sign they are not responsible. I told them pull cameras which they said do not work. They weren’t apologetic and didn’t even cover the cost of the car wash. Never kept their word to call me and seemed happy they didn’t have to do anything about it. Did nothing to try to retain me as a customer and lost me and my family forget that. I will find a new car wash who cares how they make their customers feel

So we used to love this car wash, but in the past 6 months, the service has gone down. My wife brings her car and gets the best wash. They do everything, at least they are supposed to. The last time she had to ask them to do the tire clean, and there was still stuff on the floors and seats. I brought it this time. This time they did a good job outside, but the insides were left dirty. I purposely left a wrapper in the center console, and guess what, it was still there. Stuff on the floor and on the back seat. For $36+, you would think it might be clean. Hope it gets better.

Horrible! Rushed ...they did the same car wash on every car ,no matter what you pay for. I wanted my tires done and spent $6 more and I left there with the same looking dirt everywhere. They were too money hungry to get more cars in. Sad
