I really appreciate the Firestone staff here. Car repairs get done in a timely manner. Depending on the service and the day. I recommend to be courtesy to their demand. Ex: weekends are busy. So oil changes don’t take long. Other car repairs definitely give it time. Plan accordingly. David is the salesman in the front always with an inviting smile. He has taken care of me with my car maintenance.

I went to Firestone because I needed brakes replaced. They asked me to bring my car in for a quote, and when I did, the staff were very nice. Later, I received a call with a quote for brakes, tires, and wipers. I declined because the prices were much higher than what I could get from a local mechanic — even after competitor discounts were applied, Firestone’s cost was still nearly double. What stood out positively was a call I received from Jake around 6 p.m. asking if I was still coming to pick up my car or if he should lock it up for the next day. That was thoughtful and showed exceptional customer service. However, when I went to pick up my car, I was unexpectedly told there was a $10 inspection fee. I was never informed ahead of time that there would be any charge just for getting a quote. When I asked for clarification, the interaction became frustrating. Jake insisted it was “just $10” and that he wasn’t charging me for the full 30 minutes of labor. I asked him to call the manager, which he refused, and only after some back and forth did he finally hand me the keys and end the interaction. The situation left me feeling as though I was in the wrong, when in reality, I had never been told about this fee. Recommendation: Firestone should make this process more transparent. Calls should be recorded, and customers should verbally agree to any inspection fee. Additionally, when dropping off a vehicle, customers should sign a document that clearly states the $10 inspection fee. That way, there’s no confusion and the customer experience remains positive.

Needed to get my door handle replaced. They beat the price the dealership gave me and did a fantastic job on top of it. In and out barely took an hour. Bruce the manager is such a great guy and is always looking out for me. He makes sure I’m taken care of and I know exactly what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. Never ever felt taken advantage of here. Good prices, great people. I tell everyone to come here for any work they need doing

The ONLY reason I gave it 1 star was because the older gentleman at the reception area was very nice and sweet. I went in the day before getting 2 tires and an oil change done, with a tire that was semi flat and asked if I can purchased 2 tires for now which includes the damaged tire, the tires needed to be ordered, so I came in the next day. A 4 hour wait and they didn’t even replace the tire, which I found out by AAA that there was a screw in my tire, after getting a complete flat the night my new 2 tires were installed, but not the “damaged one” On top of that, they suggested I needed a new battery, but didn’t even take care of my tire issue. The mechanics are obviously careless at this shop but I can’t say that for all Firestones.

Worst tire experience of all time. Went in for a simple flat tire. Pressed for time, they had me waiting 30 min the told me it was going to be quite awhile longer. I asked if they could fill my tire with air so I could get to the next repair shop. They actually said no. One of the mechanics inside saw how upset I was and at least filled my tire. Complete joke. Just go to TOWN FAIR TIRE down the street. They were far more professional and much faster.
