They have everything avilable but the staff is very impatient. When you call them to pick up something, they put you on hold for a long time and never get the item ready for you to pick up when you reach there. So there’s no point for calling ahead of time.

I’ll never understand how an auto parts store won’t help you install a battery that you bought from them !? You get an 18 month warranty on a battery , when it dies you must return it in order to get free replacement, but you better know how to install the battery( and you better have your own tools cuz they have none !) if not you will be sitting there with a car that can’t move because it has no battery and the workers there refuse to help you put it in , I’m a nurse not a mechanic 🤦🏽♀️

If you need Auto Parts don't go to these so-called discount auto parts stores go to a real American that's been around since your granddaddy was knee-high to a grasshopper go to one that knows American parts they know what you want and they get it you don't have to keep going back so you get the right part at the right price one day I was looking for a battery and I went to a so call Discount store and they want $150 for a battery so I went to Napa in West Haven and got one for 90 bucks and dude they delivered it to me for free in New Haven I'll offer to tip to the driver and he refused it what does con store I ask you what deliver a battery to New Haven for free they don't even deliver so go to an American Store that hires Americans so when you hang your money over your hand it to a store that gives back to your community and my book is Napa

Went in for a part and they didn't have which is rare. Told me he could get it in a couple days I said no problem cause it wasn't a big deal. Gave me the part number told me to try other auto stores around the area which I did and found it elsewhere. Who does that? Definitely will go there again for my future purchases.

Had an amazing experience by visiting this Napa. I had an issue that was out of state, which another store refused to help me with. I needed to return and exchange a couple of products and they did not hesitate to help me get the right product exchanged as well as return the one item I didn't need. The manager, Hank, as well as the employees in this location are super helpful and would highly recommend.

First time ever going to NAPA. I was immediately met with rudeness and racism. The white man who was supposed to help us (me and my mom are latina), lacked any manners by being very rude and racist. He acted like he didn't understand my mother who speaks fluent English. Made us repeat ourselves and even tried to belittle us. He then went to the backroom to get the car part we needed, however ten minutes had past and he still wasn't back. The other workers noticed us standing there waiting for a while, and instead of asking if we needed help or something, they simply ignored us. Me and my mother decided that it wasn't worth giving them a sell and we decided to leave. They seriously need to improve their customer service sills and tone down the racism. Not a place we would ever go to again.

I was having issues with my remote key. Went to Napa to get a battery for my car key. The lady who helped me was extremely patient. It was difficult for her to open my key, but she got it open and helped me to install the new battery. Overall it was a good experience and I would shop there again.
