RPM Transmission has been my go to service for over 15 years and has provided all of our mechanic related needs. Jay and all of his employees has always been helpful whenever I had any car troubles. I always appreciate that they take their time explaining what needs to be fixed and done immediately and anything else that needs attention right away. I always feel taken care of and would definitely recommend this shop to close friends and family.

Jay and his crew do great work!! I thought this at first. I brought my car back to him to have it fixed and overcharged me. He didn’t state if I use a credit card or woule cost more. I asked him to run debit and Jay told me the transaction are the same which is completely false. The also did not place my engine cover back on and it missing entirely. I will never bring my car back to them ever again. And my engine is still leaking!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡

Worst Place Ever! Don’t ever come here. These people are money hungry. I came here to get my ac fixed and they didn’t even fix it, but had the nerve to charge me more money after I paid enough money already. Customer service is horrible, these people are so rude. They don’t answer their phone. & when you come no one is ever working. They’re just sitting around. I paid over 1,000 dollars and the work was never done. Save your money, time and, energy.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with [Transmission Company Name] was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my vehicle in for what was supposed to be a routine transmission repair, but everything that could go wrong did. First, communication was abysmal. I was told the repair would take 3–4 days, but it ended up taking nearly two weeks—with no proactive updates. I had to keep calling them just to find out what was happening with my car. When I finally picked up the vehicle, I noticed issues immediately—rough shifting and strange noises that weren’t there before. I brought it back, only to be told “everything checked out fine.” After getting a second opinion from a reputable mechanic, I found out the transmission was not even properly reassembled. To make matters worse, their warranty policy is vague and borderline useless. Customer service was dismissive and borderline rude when I asked for a resolution. I honestly regret ever trusting this shop with my vehicle. Poor workmanship, no accountability, and an overall lack of professionalism. Spend your money somewhere else—your car (and your sanity) will thank you.

Don’t Go to this place at all. I use my car to make money and I have been going back and forth for 3 weeks with these people lying saying they are fixing my car. They gave me a price of $1000 I gave them the money and waited for them to say my car was ready. I picked up my vehicle and the problem was not fixed. I went back to them 3 times and the problem still wasn’t fixed. They asked me for another $1200 for my car to be fixed when I already gave them $1000 already. I had my vehicle looked at elsewhere only to find out that they actually broke a piece in my car and that’s why the issue wasn’t fixed. They told me to go back and tell them to fix it of course now Jay is saying he never broke it and needs $1200 to fix it. The communication is horrible they don’t answer the phone. They are rude and inconsiderate of others who need their car to provide for their family. Highly Not Recommended!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this shop. I initially brought my vehicle in to have the A/C repaired. I was given a price, paid in full, and was told the issue had been fixed. However, the A/C problem persisted exactly as before. When I returned to have the issue addressed, the shop not only failed to take accountability, but accused me of taking the vehicle elsewhere in the meantime—an absolutely false and baseless claim. Now, instead of honoring their original work or warranty, they’re insisting I pay even more to fix what should have been resolved the first time. This kind of customer treatment is unacceptable. I trusted them to provide a professional service, but instead I was left with an unresolved issue, a lighter wallet, and a complete lack of accountability. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values honest work or reliable service.

I normally don’t post negative reviews, but people need to be warned about this place. I recently had my transmission replaced here based on a recommendation. They went a week over the given completion date, about a grand over the given price, killed my battery permanently, and none of my radio controls work anymore. The owners idea of righting these wrongs was to offer me a $60 junkyard battery after spending $5,500 on the transmission. As a technician myself I can wholeheartedly say I’ve never experienced such incompetence and that it’s shops like this that give our profession a bad name. The employees are not certified and all get paid under the table. This shop has no standards or accountability. Surprisingly no problems with the new transmission, but the rest of the experience just cannot be overlooked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND RISK DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE BY BRINGING IT HERE.

I had issues with a couple things on my car and the guys here were amazing! Despite the fact that women are often treated foolishly whenever there's a need with their vehicles, these guys were genuine from the very beginning. I admire the time they put into learning what the issue was with my vehicle, the dedication they displayed in calling around for decent parts to be placed onto my car, and the compassion behind performing their job with accuracy and speed. I'd go back to them, no doubt, & would recommend anyone!

$431.36 and still can’t tell me what wrong is robbery! Don’t have proper scans to get codes! Didn’t use any parts! Mercedes says from looking at invoice I was scammed!!!! This is not an DIAGNOSTIC!!! No where does it state issue with vehicle. I will be contacting the BBB!
