On Friday, 11/21/25 I was involved in a serious car accident in Woodbridge, CT, and DeGennaro is the company that ended up towing my vehicle. I was taken from the scene in an ambulance and was not able to recover my personal effects from my vehicle before it was towed. As I was receiving treatment at the hospital, my wife was able to get in touch with the folks at DeGennaro and arrange to go pick up my belongings. We have recently had a negative experience with another towing company, so neither of us knew what to expect, and we were a little anxious. Well, we needn't have worried. My wife said that all the people she dealt with at DeGennaro were very kind and extremely helpful and accomodating. Their kindness was a bright spot in middle of an otherwise stressful day, and I am very grateful to them all.

I took my Ford transit to ford dealership to have them install a grill guard & Running boards after a week I was notified that it couldn’t be done so I asked Frank & The Father if it could be done sure enough Frank informed me to Bring it in & he will install it within 1 day. I can’t express how impressed I am with Frank. He did an amazing job & customer service is superb.
