Wasn't pleased with the service department. Waisted a whole day waiting on vehicle. Supposed to be A two hour wait we waited 5 hrs service department never called to tell me status of my vehicle. I've been a customer for a long time. I've never received bad service before. Definitely disappointed.

NOT a HAPPY customer!!! I have had my Cadillac escalade in the service department for over a month to NO AVAIL, this is the third or fourth time I take it in, each time I have to pay and the same problem keeps coming up, NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! Been dealing with this same issue since I purchased the car. Will NOT purchase a Cadillac every again!!! not worth the price. I called the general assistance for General motors and they too washed their hands. Will stick to Fords, every time I need help or warranty work they are on the ball!!

Manny the service advisor was great as always! He kept me updated, actually cared about what was going on, and made the whole process a lot easier. If this review was just for him, I’d give it 5 stars without thinking twice. The problem was the actual work done on my car. After the engine replacement I found scratches near the hood/fender area that weren’t there before, and the front fender liner was partially torn. Pretty clear signs it happened while the mechanics were working on it. If it wasn’t for Manny doing his job so well, this would’ve been a 1-star review. I’m only giving it 3 stars because of him.

Today I had a horrible encounter with one of their what I can assume is a service truck. The person driving the truck seemed to be in Road rage mode passing cars left and right as if he was the only driver on the road. It’s 5pm on a Friday evening knowing streets are packed and this person decided to be selfish and think he owned the road by driving recklessly. He kept flickering his lights to other cars so they would move out of the way. Unfortunately this individual decided to leave a negative aspect of this business and that is why I am leaving my negative review. Please consider hiring people who can respect the streets and life of others.
