He has had my truck for 3 months now keeps telling me he will have it ready in a week and hasn’t even started on it. Keeps giving me the runaround always says a week and it’s been 3 months now !!!!! He makes up excuses that he has a lot of work that he hurt his back just excuses overall. I’m tired of this and I have to leave to Arizona soon, let’s see what excuse he makes up now, because It’s still not ready. Gave him $2,200 in advance and hasn’t done anything. Don’t go to this guy really bad communication also I have to be checking up because he doesn’t answer my calls or messages. And when I go he just says he’s been really busy and again with the “oh for sure I’ll have it in a week” and he for sure doesn’t have it ready 😒

Paid 2 grand and my vehicle has just been sitting for months. Doesn't respond to calls or messages, and if you ever get ahold of him he has the same excuse of needing an extra week even tho he has had almost a year. He won't return my money and refuses to come up with a solution.

Called Juan on a Sunday evening after my diesel truck went into limp mode on my way to Phoenix. He was able to diagnose the issue, get a replacement part, and do a repair in under 3 hours for a price that was very reasonable (especially considering the short notice on a Sunday night). He kept me informed of each step he took along the way, and helped educate me on what to look out for in the future. The experience was top notch!
