Great customer service!! The communication was great from the moment the car was picked up at the scene of the accident. I was dealing with an unfamiliar insurance company and they were giving me the run around. It was so frustrating and I had so many questions. Herminia was so helpful and patient with me. She answered all of my questions I had through this process. Every employee from Spa Auto that I had interactions with were all very helpful.

Well, there is definitely a scam that I think everyone should know. I had an accident in El Paso, TX and this guy driving a Dodge approached me i should not have fall for it, saying that his friend owns a mechanic auto repair shop and he can help me tow the car as long I gave him a claim number from my car insurance. I felt for it, the tow was quick and they kept my car in their yard for a couple of days but charged my insurance a lot. Anyway this guy i wanted to thank him for his help and my gratitude with buying him a meal at the restaurant.Anyway long story short , this guy drives every day in El Paso looking for customers and especially targeting us military people. Different kind of scam.

Spa Auto Collision is a scam. They told me they would send me an email with an estimate for the repair, but they never did. My car was just sitting in their lot waiting for nothing. I called twice to follow up and still got no response, so I had to go in person. On top of that, their customer service was terrible. To make it worse, they even charged me more for keeping my car there than what they originally said. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Do NOT go here.

Hands Down!!! To the guys out at Spa Auto Collision. Have been there a few times for repairs, one for a car accident and another for a broken door latch both experiences were great fast and professional would recommend to anyone who needs auto work done 👍 They even lent me a car at no cost while repairs were being done. never coming here again, what a disappointment honestly. they messed up the paint job on my car 3 times, i was missing pieces to my interior, paint job is absolutely trash and they left my carpets dirty and didn’t clean my doors. left my wheels full of chemicals and built up so it’s hard to come off.

Highly recommend! I never thought my car would look the same, in fact it looks better than what it did before the wreck!!!!! They are perfectionist :) Long story short; my car was sitting at casa collision where they were trying to total my car. I got my car transferred here, where obviously she didn’t get totaled <3. Stay away from these bigger collision centers, and take your vehicle’s to people who truly care about their customers!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I never leave reviews. My daughter had a wreck. A tow truck happened to be there and said hey , we can pick up your car, and what the insurance pays to total it(he said they would total it becauseit was older), we can fix it. So l said thank you. We couldn't reach them spa collision at first and no call back. Finally, when they did, they said 7000.00 lmao. I said no, let me get someone to pick it up. This whole week we couldn't reach them and no call back. Finally, today they called and said we could pick it up for 800 to pick up a totaled car. Lol. They said the owner couldn't call because of a family emergency. Ok, so how is that my fault. We told the insurance we would just total it and keep the car because we were told spa would fix it. (After that they said 7000) because Angel, the tow driver, said they could get it fixed the night of the wreck. Either way no one mentioned they were charging us 50 dollars per day. Plus, as I said no returned phone calls. Look at the other bad reviews- no returned calls. They could have mentioned any of this. So outstanding people, disabled vets , who never cheat anyone get charged 800 dollars to get a totaled car out of a bodyshop who never called and told us anything. Update, this body shop had the nerve to say pay the 800 and will charge you 3000 to fix it. Lmao, our friend went to pick up car , started it and drove it on to his truck. Spa-- you could have had business and I would have sent people to you. The word on this cheating company will be out everywhere. You could charge me the legit amount of the tow- from your accident chaser, And do the right thing with the amount your taking from us. This place is a scam. There not a BBB Accrediteded Business. They try to find ways to charge you more . It been 3 days we had our car in shop . They charged 50$ per day. An 350$ for towing which is ridiculous and 550$ for administration fee. Which we don’t have insurance like why put that fee if they did not speak with the insurance or did paperwork. Which I will report this business to the consumer financial protection bureau for fraud. 😉

I took my car to SPA after an accident and they took care of me right away. The entire process did take a little longer than I had hoped, but the work they did was great! The paint matches beautifully and you can’t tell the car has been in an accident. I think they have a small staff, so that’s why it took a little bit for the repairs, so that is understandable.

I shouldn't give any stars but I need to in order to submit the review. Arriving at the property, I felt unsure because this looked more like a junk yard than a body shop. The cars are all piled up. Good luck finding your car in all that pile up. Make sure you dont get your car out with more scratches and damages. There were a couple of men outside who looked like mechanics [the scamming, untrustworthy type]. Nobody approached me to serve me. I walked in to the office which looks like an old abandoned bar. There I was approached by a woman who could barely speak English and noticing I was Hispanic decided to carry on in Spanish only conversation. Very sketchy business and their professional etiquette is questionable. The job they perform is not the best nor average. Hope they fix their problems with their business.

If you read any of these reviews please read mine! This shop is unprofessional. They had my vehicle for a month and two weeks. They leave vehicles unlocked in their lot. There is no gate around it either. They do not answer their phones and the messages are so full that you can’t even leave a voicemail. Whenever I would call to get an update on my SUV I kept getting told different things every single time that I called. When I finally got fed up and spoke to the manager( Saul) who, mind you, knows how to speak and de-escalate a situation and will tell you everything you want to hear but will not give you what you need. He also stopped answering my calls. The other manager ( I forgot his name) kept telling me to “ hold on” while I was upset that they kept giving me the go around! He also told me that sometimes they extend it because their workers accidentally scratch the cars because they’re all lined up and more work needs to be done! I was told my vehicle would be ready on a Monday. I gave up my shift and was ready to get my baby back. But then I get a call around 3:40 saying my car would be ready tomorrow due to an alignment not being done. Then they added another week to that! They said they would drive my vehicle to me and return the rental to enterprise! ( THEY CANT DO THAT!) Also, they had my spare tire that goes under my SUV in my trunk deflated. Why was it even taken out? also, I had a full tank of gas when the accident happened because I literally just left the gas station yet my tank was half empty. These people are scammers and all they care about is money. Do not go here. I was warned by enterprise not to go with them but I felt like I didn’t have a choice since they towed my SUV to their shop already. If you get in an accident and a couple approaches you saying they’ll tow your car for free and will take it to their lot say NO! They have so many vehicles in their lot it’s insane! If they start being honest, stop getting to many vehicles that they can’t handle, and fix management MAYBE there’s hope for them. Till then do not come here.
