If I could have a choice of no stars I will give it. DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS HERE. I will tell you what these people at hondo pass did to me . The manager and its employees did something terrible to me and my family. The manager told me first that the gas pump that was installed by them in my car (not new) was going to last me long that even the one I had was good but it was damaged from the housing and that since it lasted 7 years (from 2009 to 2017) a 2009 car that this used pump they got from the junk was going to last me longer. 3 days later my car started leaking gas again. Than I told them that I wanted a new one because that is what I wanted since the beginning but they messed it up with the communication. Then they supposedly installed the new one. They didn't even considered me to buy it they bought it themselves with the money they had previously received from me and they went ahead and charged me more. I end up paying $645. I asked for the box to make sure I had the job done well. I found out that that the pump they installed wasn't the one for my car. I told the manager and he said that my car was wired to be adapted to that pump from previous owners. Oh well first he said that the pump life was 7 years starting point 2009 for a 2009 car until now and then he lies telling me that the car was adapted for that pump. I can't stand this. OMG!!!!! These people will do whatever for money even if it might kill other people. My car is leaking gas again . I will sue this place. I will report to the BBB and I will do everything I can until I see these people pay for their actions. I can't believe we still have people like this in our country. Deceptive business practices. Why is it so hard to be an honest mechanic?

I went in for my inspection and left disappointed they are as fraudulent as they come. Previous times my vehicle passed with flying colors. This time was different I guess instead of running a legit business they want to extort whatever they can. Simply said they're a bunch of crooks. You should stay away from them as far as you possibly can. I will tell whoever I can tell about these people.

Horrible service when it comes to most workers. They'll lie and give you the run around. They are horrible with communication, the only one that can communicate is Ammon. Need better workers that can at least tell you that they don't and have to get ahold him or who ever is working on your car instead of a run around

The mechanic with glasses with the last name Ramirez tried to con me into giving him more money. I was getting my inspection done and it was supposed to be 18.50. The guy tells me he's gonna charge me 40 bux cuz my windows are too dark. How is he gonna charge me that amount when I had my inspection done last year with no problems? Then I told him show me the percentage. Then he showed me then said oh never mind I'll give you a break this time and charge you the original amount. I'm never going back there again... I would be careful with this place. I can't say all of them are this way but thus mechanic certainly was.

Best service i have gotten at a lube center. The guys were very helpful and courteous. They were able to locate a problem with my car that i wasnt aware of. Will recommend to family and friends and will definitely go back.

I went in for an oil change on Saturday. I never got a call back and they closed early without giving me a call. So they kept the car all weekend and still did NOT WORK ON IT AT ALL. This is so unprofessional they now im late to work and I needed the car this weekend and they didn't care. They refused to give me the manager or owner and said they lost my phone number. They also said they didn't know what services the car needed when they're the ones that offered me a price for the services.They're line is busy all the time and im not even sure if they were driving around in the car or something. Dont waste your hard earned money here. ZERO STARS

Waited almost an hour for a simple Safety Inspection. It seemed like people pulled up, knew the guys working, and got their vehicles in the bay while I was still sitting there waiting. I eventually asked what was going on, and was very rudely told that they would get to my vehicle eventually. I ended up just leaving and going somewhere else. Will not go back, will never recommend.

I went to get a car inspection done, these men were professional, greeted me as soon as I pulled up (which was much appreciated). I was told of a waiting area so I wouldn’t have to stand outside while they looked at my vehicle. Upon leaving, I was told I was due for an oil change (which is true) and I was given details about their oil change services. I will be coming back soon.

Waited and watched while they helped out 3 customers before me even though I was next. One customer that came 40 minutes after I arrived, received the same service as me and left way before I did. Unapologetic about it. Had an attitude on top of that, and didnt even fix the issue. Unfortunate because been going to them for a couple of years, not any more.
