Didn’t have a good experience at this shop. They were charging me for three parts and labor but only two were actually installed had I not asked for the old parts , they would’ve charged me for all three parts. Lack of communication on their part as to what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be replaced. I was also being charged an extra $70 for paying with my debit card so I had to go get cash to avoid that extra fee. Will look elsewhere for future car repair needs.

I’m not happy with the service I received for an AC diagnosis that cost me $79.99. The entire process took about 15 minutes, and I was told the issue was simply low Freon. No specific details were shared about what components were checked or how they determined that diagnosis. Afterward, I went to a second shop for a second opinion and was told the real issue was a faulty compressor. This leads me to believe that the proper diagnostic procedure wasn’t followed at Affordable Auto Repair. I expected a more thorough inspection considering the price of the service. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel confident in the evaluation I received here. $80 wasted.

Our car started shaking so badly that we had to pull over just three minutes away from Affordable Car Repair Shop. We called to explain what was happening, and a kind gentleman actually drove out to meet us, checked the car on the spot, and then drove it back to his shop. Everyone there was incredibly kind they even offered us water and a ride home. They were so friendly and transparent, clearly explaining what was wrong and showing us exactly which parts were replaced. The repair was done quickly, and our car was ready the same day. This review is long overdue! This company was great and easy to work with. Very honest people and no B.S. A few months ago (2-3mo) I needed a transfer case swapped out on my Range Rover and doing it myself would have been biting off more than I could chew. I brought the vehicle and was told it would be a few days (no big deal) I was pleasantly surprised that the car was ready the next day by end of business day! They had it ready to go and the pricing was more than fair! They explained to me everything they found when working on my car that needed attention and what to look out for. I immediately went and hit some desert to test out the 4x4 and the Rover was back to its go anywhere attitude! Honest, fair, knowledgeable. If you want it done right the first time come here, I don’t hesitate to recommend Affordable Auto Repair to anyone!

Had a great experience with this business. The receptionist at the Front was very knowledgeable and was great. She made me feel welcome and comfortable and was upfront with the services that they would provide. I would definitely be going back again for any other issues that I have with my vehicle.
