The workers here are rude and careless. They don't follow appointments set by Sam's call center. Def not going back. If you disagree with them on anything they get in their feelings like teenage girls

Consistent bad service at tire and battery. Long wait times, techs lacking customer service skills. Staffing mismanagement. I will now have to go and get regularly scheduled tire maintenance at another location miles away.

Their Roadside Assistance that they offer with the purchase of the tires is a disappointment. 6 hours passed after they said they were on their way and they never showed up. When they called they weren't even prepared. They didn't have equipment necessary to change the tire. They were unreliable and unprofessional.

I went to there shop for tires, there was no one in the front desk, I had to get a manager so they could help me. Poor customer service. He asked me for my tire size, I said 15. I asked if he could come outside, and take a look at my car. It seemed like he didnt realy want too. The bays had no cars but one. Looks like he was putting a battery in car. He looked at my car, and said are those factory rims? I said no, he said he couldnt help me. Because they wherent allowed to install on after market rims. They should post that in there waiting room. Why have a tire shop. If your gonna put these Rules? I Will never come in here again. How sad, everyone shops here. But there tiré shop has these rules. Steer clear of this shop. Or you be just like me.

I'm not sure why this tire center has the most unpleasant and unhappy tire service personnel. Totally unfriendly unhelpful, and generally pissy people. Seriously folks, a smile goes miles!

Terrible customer service the managers and the employees are very unfriendly, very rude they will lie to you they don't honor what they say they will partner up. very dishonest don't get tires here just trying to put you on the right track this store really needs new employees in tire shop and manager needs to be fired will not honor anything they say and will contradic themselves constantly...
