I own two older model Toyota trucks. One is 31 years old and the other is 17. I've managed to preserve them by regularly scheduling repair and maintenance. Forrest Tire in El Paso has been the best place to take my trucks for brake maintenance. Ron, in the front office, is the right guy for scheduling and managing the work. The mechanics are top shelf. Their location and hours are perfect and they can accommodate personal and commercial vehicles as well. 5 stars, and highly tecommended!

Had alignment done. Didn't seam to be right. Called! Told me better check other parts of steering. I thought that's what you do before alignment. Was of money. Had shocks put on ! Over priced. 6 shocks $1,500.00 wow. There friendly though. Not happy!

Recently I called Forrest Tire about a flat on my daily driver. They provide EXCELLENT road side assistance. They aired up my tire so I could drive to their location to have the leak repaired (for only $30)!! I was also surprised to learn that they have a full mechanic shop to do any repairs I would need in the future! Professional, friendly and fast!

Woke up to a tire that wouldn’t hold air past 25 psi. Was going to go to a shop on base but read reviews with the typical upselling and unnecessary work. I saw Forrest Tire had better reviews and I’m glad I went here. Where most shops require dropping the tire/wheel off and nickel and dime you with fees, Forrest Tire was honest and straightforward. They got my tire off, repaired, and back on in less than an hour. That included the contact truck coming back from another job! Im glad they kept a simple repair simple. I have over 40,000 miles on the tires I have now, I’ll come here when I need to replace all 4.

So I love the road hazard warranty on my tires and Glad they offered it when I originally bought my tires.

I think the guy who took my money got a kick out of me and even when he asked “so how did you hear about us” ? I was still clueless and said Google and you were close with good reviews. He went on to tell me they work mostly on big trucks. lol. Actually now that I think about it, there weren’t any cars there, a few 18 wheelers, a taco truck in a well, it never even occurred to me. Well my Honda Civic Coupe has never looked better and I still think they undercharged for labor. Thank you to everyone who was so kind despite me being in the completely wrong place and doing the work with total professionalism.
