Tops Tire and Wheel on Dyer Street have performed a variety of automotive services on our fleet vehicles to include transmission replacement on our 2007 Chevy 1500 truck, shock and ball joint replacement on our 2012 Ford E-350 Econoline cargo van and even replaced a/c compressor on our 2016 Ford Transit Connect van. The communication from the staff to my office was great! I was well informed of any additional repairs and recommendations for potential issues found by the technicians. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tops Tire and Wheel for any of your automotive repair needs and tire replacement!

Provided excellent customer service at a very reasonable and affordable price compared to Brake Masters, whom tried to rip me off with a recommended service list of parts of $4500 not including labor and taxes. I saved myself 80% of the cost quoted by Brake Masters, while dealing with Tops. Top notch service and professionalism from Gilbert (manager), Mychal(technician), and Lauren (billing specialist)and other technicians. The staff greeted me, diagnosed the problem, and resolved my problem with quality automotive repair in a timely manner with amazing results!!!!

I was in a bad spot and tops tire was close by. I walked in and asked if they could help me out with a special request. I had a Dayton with a nail in it, no other shop on dyre was open. The Sales rep got off the phone greeted me and asked how he could help. I told him what I had and he said let me ask the guys if they know how to work with that style tire/rim. He brought a guy in from the garage area and he was respectful, careful, and got it done. I was back on the road with no issues. Thanks to tops tire my daughter and I had a safe ride home back in the lowrider. You guys are the best! Been going to tops on Texas st since 2008 I'm glad we have one on dyre now.
