Mike is AWESOME!!! Him and his guys took great care of my 1994 Toyota pickup. They got her state inspection ready, for a great price, and the job was done in a day! If you want to deal with terrible communication and don’t mind being inconvenienced, look no further. I showed up and the mechanic gave me a price of 120 for a rotor job. Later on a guy who appears to be managing the store lets me know that they won’t be able to charge my card. Some nonsense about requiring the “whole service” in order to pay with card. He then asked me to walk to the nearest atm to get cash when I literally have my debit card on me… he didn’t even have the decency to let me know before hand, had I known, I would’ve gone elsewhere. The guy running’s this shop really couldn’t care about inconveniencing his clients. The mechanic did great though, but management is poor.

Seriously the best car mechanic experience I've ever had. I had another mechanic try to tell me my car needed major repairs and it was going to be super expensive. I decided to get a second opinion and I'm so glad I went to Magic Muffler & Brake. Turns out my car only needed a few minor repairs. They were reassuring, quick and very reasonably priced. I went in for an estimate and 30 minutes later I had new mufflers. Awesome service and very quick. Everything you could ask for from an exhaust shop. They didn't try to up sell the more expensive mufflers either. Great shop.

I was referred to Magic Muffler by a trustworthy person & this being the very first time having service done on my vehicle outside of the original dealership, I was very hesitant. But, to my surprise and satisfaction, the knowledgeable mechanics serviced my car on the needs that were brought to their attention and did a fabulous & very rewarding job on my vehicle. Overall very pleased with the services. My car was ready when I was told. I followed through on driving my car for the next day and everything seems to be running smoothly. The only thing that was neglected...the mileage. It wasn't listed or written anywhere after being told to be sure to accurately not go "over" miles for the next oil change due to the tendency of burning oil sooner due to my engine type. So I'm going have to guess as best as I can and be ready for the next oil change!

Quality customer service and top notch workmanship, no doubt. I had to wait about 3 1/2 hours in total on a morning, not a big deal at all as I didn't arrange to be picked up and they had a short rush (including me), but I was fully expecting quality work when it came time. When my res delete was ready to be performed, Mike conversed with me on specifics and quoted me, the job was done within minutes, it seemed, and I was out the door with a fantastic sound.

GREAT Service! I had a universal exhaust kit installed on my truck and the were able to gravitate and weld the parts on as needed in order for the truck to sound BEAST! AND not to mention they addressed an issue that I had after installing a leveling Kit on my truck and fixed the issue (which was minor) Absolutely free of charge! THAT is quality customer service right there! Mike, you and your guys are doing an outstanding job serving the community of El Paso, you guys definitely have my business in the future!

Mike and his team are amazing! I had called the week prior to get an estimate and he gave me a close to spot on price. While I was there, Mike did not beat around the bush. He offered me tons of options and got the work done quickly once I decided. My 98 K1500 had a hole in the exhaust and the muffler needed replacing. Mike and his team took my truck in first thing (It was first come, first serve and I was there early). They invited me under the truck to better see the issues and discuss my options. The work was done professionally and quickly, and my truck sounds great. A very big thank you to Mike and his Team at Magic Muffler.

Very nice people very polite. Told them the year make and model of car (a very common truck), he gave price said bring it on by. We did, then after going all that way he changed the price saying the price he quoted was only the price for half the job because apparently there are two catalytic converters for this car, even though we had already told them the model before we came.. so now it was double, and he says thats if he does not mess up and has to buy more parts because exhaust bolts were a lil stubborn. 350$ mind you I brought my own replacement part and thats if he doesn't mess up?! He was cool but seemed very uptight throughout the whole process.. I said 400$ was a little high as we were expecting half that so he offered to cut old cats off and weld the new ones for slightly cheaper $320. I asked him if the welds would be good because i need them to pass inspection for my auto claim. He said no problem. I get back and he does not want to show me the car or the welds and it’s on the ground. I went to go look underneath and all the guys there gave out a little silent laughter but were trying to be quiet and hold it in, i thought it was a little strange, everything was going so well why?!.. Negotiations went well and i trusted him why would he do this? Anyway how much is a mig welder these days? How much welder can you buy for 320$ 😂 Again very nice people very polite, so I guess thats about 20% of the equation.. Kinda still feel bummed out about it and i don’t even care about the car or the converter.. heres what 320$ bucks will weld you here.

I am very happy about their service. First I took my car over for a break change, unfortunately I have to sale that car due to mechanical problems. But after change the break, it was running smoothly, no problem breaking. Then I took in my other old car that start squeaking, and thought it needed new break. Surprisingly, they were honestly told me the break was not the best that's made by ceramic or something like, that it still have a good miles, just going to keep the noise. They could easily tell me that my break is not good and charge me for something I did not need. When I brought a new car again, and making noise when breaking. I took this third car in. Showed them my concern, and asked questions. They were patient, and honest! Again explain the situation and tell me that I am good for another 4 years.
