I recently had two separate, deeply troubling experiences at this location that led me to take my business elsewhere. I strongly advise against visiting this Firestone due to the complete lack of professionalism and respect demonstrated by the staff. The first incident I witnessed involved blatant sexual harassment. I observed a male employee openly groping a female employee. The female employee clearly looked uncomfortable during the interaction, and as she walked away, I saw that she was crying. This behavior is unacceptable and creates a hostile work environment. The second time I visited, I witnessed a separate incident of bullying and verbal harassment. A female employee was aggressively yelling at another female employee about her clothing. The woman being reprimanded appeared completely professional, yet the aggressor continued to loudly criticize her attire and, disturbingly, repeatedly misgendered her. I was planning to purchase four new tires, but after witnessing this level of internal disrespect, hostility, and harassment, I did not feel comfortable giving this location my business. Companies that employ individuals who treat others with such callous disregard and attempt to police women's bodies do not deserve customer loyalty.

Let it be known that after the horrific experience I had today, which wasn’t the first time with this one specific employee, I am patiently awaiting the Area Manager to respond to the complaint I just made. I will not post details but the call was recorded and all names of parties involved have been documented. I will not post the file number on here either but there is one. I have a disabled daughter who already has an hard time riding in the car so I pray to GOD nothing happens to us on the road due to the negligence of the employee I dealt with today. My car is worse off than when i brought it in… ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This review was posted 4 months ago….. I LOVE SONIA!!! She is the best manager I have met especially with regards to mechanic work!! I often joke with her that my car is no longer a FORD it is now a Firestone!! lol I appreciate her so very much and the mechanics at this location they have kept my 2011 up and running smoothly since 2016! 5000 Montana Location: Of course my tire gets slashed going through a typical El Paso construction zone. My premium tires were under warranty so the price was more than reasonable. Significantly better than paying full price. Kevin is the man. He was super quick with the tire replacement on the rim.

I definitely recommend coming to this shop for any service your car needs. I was in town with family for the weekend and had issues with my brakes and they were able to get us in and out in a timely manner so we were able to get on the road home! The front employee Oscar M. went out of his way to get the part needed to the shop as soon as possible.

Oscar Melendez at the Chelmont location in El Paso, TX went over and above with his customer service. I was enticed to go elsewhere, but he circled back with an offer and got the sale with me. Did he need to do that, no, but that showed his willingness and charisma to close the sale. I always mention to, "Bring back good customer service." Came by to get a nail in my tire looked at. The nail was unfortunately in a place that could not be patched. Oscar let me know that they had exactly 1 tire left in stock that could fit my vehicle. He scoured the whole store to find it (and he found it!) and he made sure I was able to get the tire installed and get on my way. I've taken both my and my wife's vehicle to this Firestone multiple times not just for tire issues but also state inspections, and they've always taken care of what I needed. The staff work hard to ensure your vehicle leaves better than it arrived. Gotta give these folks some appreciation for what they do!

Took our vehicle in for tires, broke 1 stud clean off and cross threaded another stud. Instead of taking accountability, they blamed the last shop even though there was NEVER an issue until these guys touched the vehicle. They then attempted to charge us 350 to replace all 5 studs for one hub only. The only way you cross thread studs is by running the nuts in with an impact without spinning them in by hand like an idiot. Now we are going to have to take the all the tires off, check every single nut and stud and possibly replace all 20 because there’s a good chance that there are more that are damaged, and even if they don’t seem damaged, judging by the lack of common sense and knowledge, they most likely over-torqued them and stretched the studs. I’m just hoping that they didn’t damage the hubs in any way or else we are also going to have to replace the hubs. Typical scum shop behavior. I wonder how many vehicles they have sent out with damaged or broken studs without any regard for anyone’s safety. Update 07/27/25 - After taking our vehicle apart to inspect firestones garbage work, we found it was actually 2 broken studs and a cross threaded one on the front passenger wheel. The other studs were not snapped but they were full of metal and definitely damaged. We are most definitely going to replace all 20 studs and nuts after seeing this atrocious quality of work. This was just on the Front Right wheel mind you.

Excellent Customer Service from Jesse! I had a great experience at Firestone thanks to Jesse. Even though the shop was clearly very busy, phones ringing and staff coming up to him with questions, he still took the time to provide excellent customer service. Jesse explained everything about my vehicle in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I fully understood the work being done. It’s rare to see that level of professionalism and attention to detail when things are hectic. I really appreciate his dedication and would definitely recommend this Firestone location to others.
