I don't hate this business. Use caution coming here, though. I had a 1961 Ford F100 and this "shop" couldn't fix it with out something else breaking. I would chalk it up to being an old truck but I overheard another customer complaining of the same issue. So be warned.

Theyve been great to me in the past, usually my go to for inspections on saturdays. Seems like their hours have changed, they werent open saturday after 12 tho this said they were. Its cool just heads up for anyone else

I really wanted them to be awesome like other folks have said. But my experience wasn't as pleasant as most. I took my vehicle for an oil change first thing- 7a. And I was told they didn't have enough workers and to come back at 9a. I should've went somewhere then, but wanted to chose local and other reviews are great. I went back at 9a, and it took so long (because not enough workers) and then the bill. I get synthetic oil, so I knew my would be more. But... my oil changewas substially more costly at Hill's. I greatly desired to go local, but this time I got excuses and it was really expensive

I cannot say this business has Terrible service. Or is incompetent. Or dishonest. Because Mr. Hill promised to order wheel bearings and install them week after week after week after week for 4 weeks..... But never did? I can only assume he "FORGOT" on four separate occasions and for a span of 4 weeks . The alternative to that would be an incredible lack of integrity. My conclusion is that if Hills Automotive Center can't even be trusted to order parts how can he be trusted to rebuild an engine, change a water pump or do complex transmission work?

Took two vehicles in recently, both for inspections. One also needed brakes checked, and had an issue with the windshield wiper fluid not dispensing. First time going to Hills, won't be the last. They were pretty fast, and seem trustworthy - they only did the work ont he brakes that was needed, didn't try to sell me new pads and rotors because they weren't needed. Dave the owner is a great guy too, thanks Dave!

Amazing customer service. The hours I work dont let me catch places like this open (I really NEEDED my inspection done). And I was offered to get my car picked up. I highly doubt they offer those services, im sure they only did it cause my job was pretty close. So they actually took time out of their day to help me out. If I could give them more stars I definitely would. They should consider offering those services with a extra fee! I'd definitely go back.

Employees here are descent people they know what they’re doing but they did half the job,told me they would order the rest of the parts and they would call me back. Never heard from them again I would call them and they would forward my call since they already knew my number. I gave my mother their number to get some work done she called them they told her come over and when she got there all the garage doors were closed and told her it was closed I don’t know what’s up with these people

We brought our car for the state inspection, this is the fist time that we been here, we did not have to make an appointment. As soon as we got there they received our car. Mr. Hill spend 20 minutes and told us that our car was a very well care. We spent most of the time in the office waiting, there's a space for you to wait (not very big, but they have a designated area), I noticed that the place has coffee for the customers as well. I recommend this place because of the service and availability, the area is not busy.

Our travel trailer wheel started making strange noises and we stopped at Southern Tire at Flying J on Horizon in El Paso, TX. Southern didn't have the parts to repair us and it was a Sunday and Holiday weekend and everything was closed. We contacted Hills and they sent Garrett & Chase right away. Unfortunately, the parts store was closed due to Presidents Day so we were stuck at the truck stop and extra day but Garrett got our parts and was back to us first thing on Tuesday morning and had us up and ready to go by 10! Garrett was wonderful to work with and very knowledable, and he and Charlie kept us informed of details along the way. I would highly recommend Hills if you are in need of help along the road.

I was in need of service because my Cadillac CTS was giving me all kinds of messages 😩. I have never had any other mechanic work on my car except the Cadillac dealership which had better prices than other mechanic shops but Mr. Hill was able to service my car, explain what was happening and fix it in reasonable time. The cost was very good. I am extremely happy with their service and kindness.

Im very pleased by how the manager and owner run the business. I recently took my vehicle for a repair. I had a minor incident with the cost. But the manager, Mr. Reyes, immediately called me and fixed it. The mechanics did a good job with the repairs. I’ll definitely take my vehicles to Hills Auto, confident that they will do a good job and really care about their customers.

This was my service center before they moved and when I did front and back brakes. I would go a few times after that because I heard my brakes squeaking. I asked so many times after they over charged me to check and they disregarded me. Then they move and I didn’t get help. I’m sad because I was a loyal customer!
