Profesional, Exceptional and very honest service. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. I have had amazing experiences with Latte Auto Repair. Last week, i took my car here to get diagnosed as i was having a lot of issues with my coolant that was leaking. As soon as i arrived i was nicely greeted by Mr Carlos and another gentleman. They quickly looked at my car and performed the needed tests on it. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain to me in detail what was going on and what needed to be fixed. Mr Carlos gave me the estimate and i was surprised on how reasonable the prices were. Due to past experiences with other companies, i was afraid i might be overcharged or charged alot, but this was not the case. I decided to leave my car overnight and next day before noon, the car was done. I appreciate that Mr Carlos had a sense of urgency in fixing my car. That means alot to me, as it is my daily car. Im so satisfied with the service. My car hasn’t given me any issues anymore! Today i also took my other vehicle to be checked as it had been having so ac issues. Mr Carlos helped me diagnose and was very honest while explaining the situation. He didnt want to charge for a problem that might no be what i was thinking. So he suggested a solution and asked me to monitor the vehicle for a couple of days to see if it would give me problems. I appreciate his honesty alot and im greatful for his attention to detail. I highly recommend this shop and i will definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on.

I came across Latte’s Auto Repair via the reviews and definitely did not disappoint! Took in my 2015 Silverado due to a AC leak and Carlos, Danny, and John were able to diagnose it, and began to fix the problem immediately. They even went as far to walk me through and carefully explain a potential problem I may have in the future, which I would have not have known if I had not brought my truck to Latte’s Auto Repair. I would also like to mention that the workers here are great people! Each of them are their own characters with great hearts who put the costumer first! While I was waiting, I was even brought a tasty meal and met other wonderful costumers who also trust in the service this shop provides! Awesome work for sure and would definitely recommend for all you’re vehicle needs!

Carlos the mechanic was very helpful!! He did a walkthrough of my vehicle and provided advice before he got hands into my vehicle. My car needed an ABS sensor replaced as it wouldn’t accelerate and he showed me the part removed and I saw where they ordered the new one Auto Zone. They did same day service. TK also helped by not overly charging me for labor gave me a very good rate and it’s been two days without any issues in my vehicle, thank God! It’s running smoothly. I highly recommend their services. They have good customer service!

EDIT: I have changed no words, all I've changed is the star from 2 to 1 after the condescending reply from the shop. I brought in my Grand Marquis in an emergency situation, I needed an intake manifold put on fast. As I was on my way to California from Houston. I was treated well and made comfortable with anything I had wanted to talk about. However, I was unfortunately misled twice and have had issues with the replaced parts just days after they were done. I was given a lower price overall because I was in a budget pinch, and I was told "AutoZone gave us the part cheaper" when the reality was they were just using a more cost effective part. That would've been fine if that's how it was presented to me because in the situation the brand of the intake manifold on these cars is very important and unfortunately the one they went with is one I've known to have issues and in my thankfulness and gratitude I was feeling for the speedy repair, I lost sight of the details and didn't find out the part number until my cooling system blew up in Arizona. The next disappointment is I was comforted by a "nationwide warranty" which would have solved this entire problem, because in theory a warranty you get told is for your repair actually covers the repair the shop did. Well guess what, folks? The warranty doesn't cover "internal engine components". I can go back and forth with you as to why an intake manifold isn't internal, but that's neither here nor there, because I'm not the warranty adjuster and I don't make the rules. So, I'm sure they aren't bad people, but I had a bad experience. Went from a $800 fix to a $2700 project.
