Long story short. Bravo made 2 mistakes with my truck both involving money. They DID fix the mistakes ( one took months the second was fixed right way). Their customer service was good. The service center was fast and helpful.

Recently had to have my engine replaced under recall for the L87 6.2L after the the engine seized while driving on the highway. Bravo performed all work and service tech Mike went out of his way to ensure I was updated with the repair status even while being out for the birth of his child. Only problem being the A/C isn't operating properly after they had to recharge the system due to the replacement process. If it had been working properly after I got the vehicle back then this review would have been 5 stars.

Had a brake job and investigative work due to a brake pedal that depressed very low to the floor board intermittently. Ended up having all new pads, rotors, master cylinder and brake fluid flush. At time of pick up and review of invoice it was unclear as to whether calipers were serviced. To me, based on age old brake service seen, experienced, servicing the calipers were part of the job as a precaution. Perhaps not any longer. All seals are 7 years old and I hope they don’t leak anytime soon which is my concern. Expected all to be done given the price and length of time in the shop. Work done does seem to have fixed the problem. For that I am thankful.
