changed damaged Tire, forgot to put my stem black cap back on, doesn't seem to be put on tightly, left my rims with black oil residue all over it! I would rather they be slow and Accurate than Quick and unsatisfactory work! That's Why its cheaper, You do Literally get what you pay for! I'm going back to get my missing Black Cap !!!! the Guy who sold Me the Tire! was Nice and Professional

I called up the shop to see if they had the size I needed for my vehicle. Turned out they had all four still in good condition. I ended up buying two of them this time around, but will definitely return for the others. Their service was super friendly and quick, and are bilingual. I waited no more than 20 minutes and paid less than $100 for the two tires, mounting and balancing. The one brother told me they are local and family-owned for more than 20 years. I’m all about supporting businesses like this. Very highly recommend Chico’s and Sons to anyone who needs their services.

We have used this place with our Mazda and the first time we had to replace a tire on our Hyundai. New tires are so expensive. Had decent looking tires and a good price. They have always had multiple tires of the sizes we needed. Several employees that work solid and work efficiently with several customers at a time. Most employees speak English which helps those of us that don't. I think they all speak Spanish so they can help almost anyone.

Got told it’s $40 a tire for used them go to get my tire repaired and tried to charge me $50 for a better one, I’m sorry but no that’s bad business if you said one price you should stick to it

I wouldnt trust this shop. My son has been going here and even told us to come here. My son paid him $180 to fix his issue with bolts on his tires. He picked it up and noticed it wasn't fixed. He took it back and told him but the man did not want to fix it. Long story short he got ugly and said don't come here again! Of course we wont & ill make sure to spread the word on how he does business. Not if he is not going to do what he promises! HE IS A RIP OFF! DONT COME HERE!!!! ILL BE SURE TO POST EVERYWHERE & LET THE BBB KNOW.

Had a crack on my Alfa Romeo wheel and didn’t want to spend $800+ on a replacement. Big O recommended this shop, so I came here for a quote. The price was way better than $800 for sure! The repair took about 9 hours, which felt long for a small crack, but they got it fixed and did their best to match the paint. Only thing is, they could’ve taken off the old adhesive and cleaned it up a bit—especially after having it for 9 hours. Overall though, solid work and I’d come back if needed.

Me and my family were traveling from Arizona to Louisiana and got a flat on our trailer this morning. Got lucky seen his garage open he was closed due to it being Sunday but was just there by chance. He fixed my tire and checked all my other tires even though it was his day off. He was very polite and helpful! I highly recommend checking him out for any tire or rim needs!
