Extremely disappointed with this business. I went in to ask for dennis who serviced my interlock and I was told he went out of business and they were trying to take over the interlocks. I called the number I got for Dennis and he is still very much in business at 1716 west Hadley. If they lied about this what else would they lie about when fixing your vehicle?!? Shady people! Do not trust!!!

As I am driving across country from Arizona to Mississippi, in the heat, my AC started acting up and eventually shutoff on me. I called the shop and told him what was going on and I said I would be at his shop in a couple hours as I was driving when this occurred. As I pulled into his shop, he recognized the vehicle as described and came to me to see what the issue is. Long story short, he had cars in his garage and still put time in to help me and get me back on the road so I can get to my next duty station on time. They scammed me by towing my vehicle and giving me a quote after having my car double the estimate. Then charged 90$ for it to be returned. DONT do business with them it’s shady and they are disrespectful when it comes to resolving issues. They are scammers

Best service aver. The staff is very nice and honest. We were traveling through on highway and on way we had transmitter speed sensor burn out. I called the center and they were very helpful. They called places and found us the part and fix our can within one hour and this was during closing hours too. I really appreciate their help and service. Thank You A & C Automotive!

I wouldn't recommend this place for nothing! Bunch of scram and theft's!!! My senior citizen dad took his vehicle in to get some electrical stuff fixed . This place stay with vehicle for about 2 months nothing got fixed. .Monday my dad went in to see what had been done if it was finished. Came to find out his system was missing radio amps dash camera etc.... Right away the owner says to my dad Remember you signed an paper that we aren't responsible what happens to your vehicle!! Which seemed pretty fishy to me right, well seems to me it was an inside job!!!! Don't do any kind of business with this place!! # Karma will hit you harder!!!

I had to swap out my engine ,a few months back now, a big and costly job in itself. They were helpful and fair. The job went smooth. The only thing I can say that sucked was the time it took. He wasn’t too good at predicting when it would be done, as he kept telling me a later and later date. Other than that can’t complain.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to in this case. So I took my car to get a diagnostic on an issue with the transmission and they had my car in their shop for close to two months, they had said they checked everything, got a new computer (which wasn’t even programmed correctly), a new accelerator pedal sensor worth $250 which wasn’t even the issue and they didn’t tell me until the end, they supposedly checked every cable underneath the car. When I took part of the engine off myself I saw that the power steering sensor was broken and they didn’t tell me any of that and they supposedly had checked it too, later I found out 3 wires under the transmission were peeled which was the main issue and they couldn’t figure that out not even when I paid close to $1,400 for the issue not to be resolved at all. I will not take any other vehicles to this location since I threw my money to the trash.

Great service and great people! You can send them a quick email on their website and they get back to you as soon as possible. I took my SUV in for my heater, Adan helped me immediately and gave me an estimate! Despite having many vehicles in the lot, he still got to my car and got it done the same day! Our radiator gave out about 10 miles south of Las Cruces on I-10. A & C Auto had us towed back to their shop within 2 hours. The radiator was replaced the next day, and they checked out the vehicle for overheat damage since the cooling system had lost all of its fluid. In my case they did a great, fast job at a fair price.

I took my jeep to a different mechanic then was told I had a electrical issue come to find out it was the tpim a&c programed it blinkers give me problems they replaced the air shocks in the same jeep worked for a few days the. Gave me a warning took it back they never did anything kept telling me he. Will call me back yet I was the one having to make contact lack of communication and lack of knowledge on how to fix my issue 757.00 later and I'm still with the same issue complete waste of time and money don't recommend this shop even for tightening lug nuts they might mess that up as well

I been going to this man for years. Through different locations all because he's the most honest guy when it comes to my cars. He does foreign cars. I used to own a BMW and he fixed everything wrong with it. I'm now in a VW and same. I recommend hands down. He gets busy at times but patience is key. If I need my car fast he always seems to work it out.

If I could give negative stars I would. My dad took his car to this place where they did an initial diagnostic, and supposedly identified an electrical issue. This was around Nov. 3rd. My dad dropped the car off for the agreed repair. They told my parents it would be 3-5 business days to fix it. Then a pattern started where the car shop would delay a day or 2, making several different excuses about why it wasn’t ready. The first excuse was that they had ordered the wrong piece & were waiting on the other. Fair enough. However, after that, when my parents would follow up on the status, they claimed they had no clue when the part would arrive (Hmm, there is such thing as a tracking #). The thing is all my parents wanted was THE TRUTH. This was their only car. I could go on for a while but this has already become long enough. Today, exactly 3 weeks later, my parents went to the shop to finally pick up their car that had been promised so many times. Upon arrival, more excuses made because the car was still not ready. 3 weeks later. As a matter of fact, no work had been completed on the car. They took it home the same way it arrived. I’m so disappointed in how selfish and unprofessional this establishment acted. They should be ashamed.
