Unfortunately we have had to have a lot of work done on our car. We had an estimate done for multiple systems and have taken it back as we can for the important repairs first. For air conditioning we got three estimates for the parts and labor. They were the second highest but were good at explaining the issue so we are sitting in an air conditioned car in summer in New Mexico🥳

This place is always so great. The staff is super friendly and honest. I really like the messaging service they use where they update me on what they find and recommend for the car. My grandpa went to this Brake Masters for years before he passed and always got me appointments here too. They were always so friendly with him and took care of anything he needed and they always gave him a vet discount. They are great!

VERY GOOD, HONEST AND REASONABLE SERVICE. The service here was one of the best experiences that I have had lately for auto repair/maintenance work. I had received an estimate at another shop and wanted a second opinion and cost estimate. Jeremy greeted me and listened carefully to my request and provided general information on costs for the rear brake work. I left the car and in a short while he provided an email and a text for the cost for the work that was needed in accordance with their inspection. The cost was spot on with the information he had provided earlier, and much less than the estimate from the other shop for the same work. I authorized the work and it was done in short order. I plan to use them in the future.

So fired up on Brake Masters. You may have already read my previous review but after being taken care of this week, my wife and I are considering Brake Masters over any other shop in town. Daniel got us in, took care of additional parts and problems and got us out of there within the day. There is a very clean and accommodating lobby and you can rely on them. Our last experience locally put my wife on the road with a destroyed and leaking power steering fluid box without an internal buffer and purchased from a junkyard that could've been deadly on the highway. Watch who you get referred to and don't trust everyone's advice. We were highly misled and it was life threatening without remorse from a place that basically looked like a junkyard. Brake Masters is where we will go and feel good about it. You gotta be able to trust your mechanic. That's hard to do after many have sent us off with dangerous and absent minded mistakes. Be careful who you trust.

Got here at 7:20am before they open to be the first one and still ended up waiting 3 and a half hours with a baby for a brake change. Don’t come here if you need work done quickly, it will most likely take the whole day or multiple days. And here’s a picture of an employee sitting on his phone while I waited the 3.5 hours.

I went in to fix my window, the motor and regulator broke, and was quoted a price with the understanding that it could be more if they find other problems. Once they checked what we had already said was the problem the price jumped to almost double. I said no thank you and let them know that I would like my car back. I understood that they would charge for the labor and was ok with it. They charged me $180 for 30 mins of work which was ridiculous! The manager tried to talk me into completing the work there and when I declined he began to talk rudely and bashed my car, stating that whoever already worked on that window messed it all up. I stated that the window had never been replaced and it was factory. He stated I was wrong and that I don't know everything that happens with my car. I replied that I DO know what happens to my car and he belittled me, again saying that I don't know everything. I stated I just wanted my car and to leave that place. Eventually, they charged me the money and gave me my keys. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. So rude and disrespectful.

Hands down the best customer experience I have ever had. I am traveling across country from VA to CA for Christmas in a 40' RV towing a Jeep. Somewhere between Midland TX and El Paso, the Jeep drivers side front brake caliper failed in a dramatic fashion causing the wheel to lock up intermittently at highway speeds. Once discovered, I pulled into a campground in Las Cruces, NM and began the search for service. After two wasted calls to businesses that were booked for weeks and would not even try to fit me in, I called Brake Masters (#200). Jeremy took my call, immediately setting the tone for a positive experience and had me bring it in. Very shortly after arrival they brought it in the service bay and quickly evaluated the extent of the damages. Expecting an upsale of parts/services, I was really pleased that they showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and at a cost that beat what I expected. They got me back on the road in short order and saved a long planned trip for us. The level of transparency, honesty and professionalism, led by Jeremy and the entire crew.was unmatched in my experience. Thanks team Brake Masters!

Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff! Great deals and many coupons are available on their website. They were able to give me quotes for other work ups for my car too. I recommend making appointments which makes it easier to get in and out, but walk ins are welcome too; just make sure you get there early! Brake flush is very important to ensure your brakes don't get soft from the extra moisture content that accumulates over time so every 2-3 years, I'll get it done!
