I spent over $300.00 having my air conditioning repaired but when I called Jesse because I was broken down on the side of the road I was told by Jesse that he doesn't make service calls. I considered him a friend because of our connection to a wrecking yard here in Cruces. If I could give less than a one star review I would

Well. I went here for a oil change, fuel filter change and decided to get my tires rotated. I brought All products needed to be just install. Tire rotation was $40.00. Oil change labor $48 installing fuel filter $120. The oil change was the same amount of time as fuel filter but it cost $72.00 more? Idk. I wouldn't go back and pay those prices.

Guy diagnoses my truck with a misfire on 2 and 3 cylinders. Replaces the injectors at a ridiculous cost of 466.00 and I go to pick up truck and he tells me I'm going to have problems because now there is misfires on all cylinders. If your in there replacing other injectors.... DO THEM ALL!!!! What a joke of a shop. AND..... he still charged to "fix" it. One star is too good for this place

Had an engine light pop up while me and my fiancee were heading home to Santa Fe in a new car. They were able to get us in to help us out that day. The issue was small and he joked and smiled the whole time. I had been worried about fluid levels, and while the issue wasn't the fluid levels, he still took a moment to show me the ways to check the levels. He was super friedly and helpful.

I was going to leave a good review but now I feel irritated and taken advantage of. My tmc and clutch needed to be fixed need I mind you I had the car for only 2 to 3 months when I discovered these problems and then I take it to ford to get it fixed turns out both recalls but they could only cover the tcm and I got in contact with jessie so he could fix my clutch. He tells me I can do a down payment and do a payment plan and I keep in contact with him the whole time. I gave him the down payment and then the week im supposed to get it back he tells me he got the wrong part and has to order the ones needed. The next week something happened with the Ford supplies so i had to wait again. The next week after that I'm told it'll be ready on Wednesday at 4:30 then Wednesday comes he has a family emergency but not until evening time on Wednesday did I know about a family emergency tells me he'll let me know Saturday. It is now Saturday and I called I texted and there's no response so now me my father and my husband have to go all the way to cruces from el paso to see whats up. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional mechanic and my car has been getting fixed for over 2 months it's the only way I make money so I haven't been able to work for over 2 months cause of this situation. This is ridiculous I just want my car!

When my male friend was there 3 yrs ago, he got a good price. When I was there told Jess the problem was just the gas hose. He charged me a lot and he didn't fix the problem. Never going back.

Had my daughter go change her oil and they put oil in my spark plugs so I had to pay over 500 dollars for a new mechanic to do the work right warning about this place

I took my car to Jesse. They replaced the tension and had to redo it. When I got my car still making noise only to be told it was my motor I finally went to Chevy and at Jesse Ramos they didn’t put the original screw and it was bouncing around. They should me the screw . But everyone should be careful taking their car to Ramos Auto.

Mr. Ramos is a good man. That’s point #1. And perhaps the most important. A good man will be up front with you. He was in regular contact with me, though I told him he didn’t need to worry about rushing this one and he had time, so I never called him myself for any updates. He called me when there was an update to give. That’s super important. I never had to wonder if my car was sitting there completed for a week before getting notice. But with a small and busy shop, you really need to be patient and let them do their job. Calling five times a day puts other jobs behind and it’ll definitely make sure yours is delayed as a result. Don’t do that. That’s why I said what I said. Let him do his job. He does it extremely well. The only reason mine took so long is due to my 3rd party service repair contract folks taking forever to act on it. But I expected that too and let them do their job. Then, I got a message about a week before I was actually expecting it to be done since I thought shipping of parts and what not would take that long. Nope. Said the car was done and ready for pickup. Went right over about an hour later and settled up. Mr. Ramos, who was willing to work with these contract providers, did a great job. Car is back on the road and I’m quite pleased with the results. There are a few negative reviews here. Taking everything with a grain of salt before everyone has their side of the story. And you don’t know the extent of the circumstances that were involved. I can definitely say this man will absolutely work with you and will treat you like family when you come through that door. Absolutely recommend anyone go there for work on their vehicle(s). Especially transmission work like I had done.

I was in las cruses for my 3 year anniversary. We were hit in a target parking lot by a truck that could have doubled as a monster truck. Anyways, it bent in my fender to where it was grinding my tire. Ramos auto clinic not only saw me immediately the same day I called but was able to get me back on the road without grinding so I could safely get home. He was so friendly and attentive. And at the end of everything he just shook my hand and said have a good day, not even charging me for his services. I highly recommend!!!

I will definitely be getting all my work done with MR.Romos he takes pride in his work and is not out to try and get as much money out of you I recently had some work done on the same car prior to taking it to Romos and boy did it cost me it's sad they see an old lady and they are ready to take as much money from you as they can 😥 it ended up costing me $ 899 just for an alternater and for hooking it up to the diagnostic machine and taxes for every single think they did you would think that there would only be one sales tax .

We were driving across the country, left Florida and when we we’re coming a hill on I-10 our check engine light came on and the truck just shook. We pulled off the highway at 6:30 AM on Saturday off Labor Day weekend. We found a Pep Boys and when they opened they looked up the code which indicated cylinder misfire. A cashed several shots and all were completely full. Finally the service guy at Firestone gave me Jesse Ramos phone number, said that’s who he used. We called and left a message and within a minute Jesse cashed and said to bring it over and he with see what he could do. Within an hour he was able to make room for our truck and diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in less than an hour. We were very pleased with the service and enjoyed taking to Jesse. He assured us that everything would be good and in fact he called us two hours later to make sure all was good as we contributed on our trip to Phoenix! Very professional and reasonable, would highly recommend!
