Awful service .Went in for coffee and the guy working had been too busy on his phone to make any. No freaking coffee. None.... Got quick feedback about my complaints and satisfied with the outcome.

Just asking for the receipt to print out at the pump. Especially when a car wash is ordered. The clerk indicated that the receipt does not normally print.

Bring a lawn chair when u go to this place. You're gonna be there a while. Slow is being generous. Even with four workers present u will only see one register open. Awful awful service. It is embarrassing to even refer to this place as a "convenience" store.

Terrible customer service I have ever had! I used car wash as it clams save 20 cent for gas, and does not give that 20 cent discount I went speak to cashier, she acted like doesn’t understand nothing! She keep says “I don’t understand what you asking” I had to repeat 5 time! She didn’t even try to to check why it’s happened

After an extended business trip, I sought this gas station out specifically to use the restroom. They had them closed for cleaning and would not let me use them despite it being am emergency. Walked across three parking lots to the schnuks. Guess who I bought my snack and drink from? Might be something to consider, Break Time.

Not only will the pump not print you a receipt with a car wash code, but when you go in to get the receipt they downgrade you from Ultimate to the Works. If you select Ultimate on the pump you won't get it. Incompetent staff as well. Go somewhere else, this place has a lot of issues to sort out.

Terrible Car Wash! The machine took my $10.00 bill, I purchased a $5.00 wash and it returned $2 in change with no receipt of the transaction. The message: "See attendant for change" and "no paper" for receipt. The car in front of me seemed to be experiencing problems so I decided to forgo the wash and went into the gas station to speak with the attendant. I requested full refund, the attendant refused; instead gave me my $5 in change and a code for the wash. Also, initially the machine rejected my $10 bill and it blew away before I could grab it, I had to exit my car to retrieve it. Terrible wash, terrible customer service.

Corporate for Breaktime absolutely does not care about the ugly going on within their establishment because if they did then they would firmly address the issues and concerns of so many complaints by customers... Update: check the cameras July 31, 2022 around 3:00 pm through 3:30 pm ... the store was closed with a sign stating gone to the restroom.. This is understandable but when the clerk unlocks the doors and an unemployed male comes out of the restroom,, the clerk appears to have just finished some naughty business, then this is an issue... THE CAMERAS WONT LIE!! Was going to stop and shop here earlier around 8:30 PM & it was CLOSED! Took a picture, thanks for the inconvenience...

The girl with blonde greasy hair that looks like it’s never been washed is one of the most rude, dumb, unprofessional employees I’ve ever encountered anywhere. And it seems like she’s the only person ever there. If it wasn’t the only gas station right next to me I’d never go back there again. And I recommend anyone thinking about going to go elsewhere so you don’t have to deal with her. 👍 because I can promise you that she will make your experience UNPLEASANT every single time.

The management here is awful. I once paid at the pump asked for a receipt. It immediately printed for 35 $ before i had pumped my gas. I brought in the receipt and told them what happened. They said "you see how the last 4 of the card on the receipt is the same as yours? Yea that's just a coincidence." Refused to refund my money until i pulled up my bank app and showed them the transaction. And today the refused to sell me a pack of cigarettes unless they can scan my ID into their register. I was born in 1982. If your cashier can't figure it the is more than 18 years from 2016 they shouldn't work a register. And your cashier today flipped attitude towards me when i told her not to scan my ID. Your manager then instructed me to take my business elsewhere. Done.

Kelly is one in a million!! I appreciate her assistance since my car was stuck at the pump with mechanical issues. Despite being busy, Kelly was checked on me and helped get a warm drink for my frozen hands. She also let me stay inside as I anxiously waited for someone to help fix my car. At other Breaktimes, I don't remember staff being as helpful - so it was encouraging and uplifting to meet Kelly who genuinely cared and was compassionate and empathetic. It was so hopeful to meet someone who still has that core of kindness. Thank you so much, Kelly, for being there and for being so warm-hearted. And thank you, Breaktime, for hiring Kelly who is just fantastic!! (PS I hope she is given a raise and motivated to mentor/train others to be equally kind)

The cashier was rude, and made me feel like I was such a inconvenience. Then when my friend needed change he proceeded to give him ones for change for a 100!!! That's ridiculous you need to tell you employees to have better customer service

I’ve never had any issues with pre-authorization holds at other gas stations, but here, my debit card got hit with a $200 hold that caused my bank to permanently shut down my card for suspected fraud. My bank says I would have been charged the full $200 if they hadn't blocked it. Clearly, something went wrong on your end, and I’d appreciate it if you could acknowledge and look into this issue instead of dismissing it as normal pre-authorization.
