This was my first experience with Automotive Experts, who came highly recommended from a friend of mine. I’ve never encountered such extensive repairs needed for a vehicle and the dealership I went to wanted to charge an outrageous amount for the repairs/labor. Luckily, I found this shop when I did. TAYLOR took great care of me and my car from start to finish. He communicated everything along the way regarding absolute needs and options. I am really bad about leaving reviews… Good or bad. I am very busy and just forget. That being said, I need to start leaving reviews. I might even go back and leave reviews about previous services over the last several years that were performed with the expert workmanship, and all around goodwill of this entire company. I have an older car… 2001 Impala that needed an a/c compressor and connector. I called them about it. They called back and said they were having trouble finding the part through their suppliers. I asked if I could try. Since I was a long time customer, they trusted me to find a good part for them. I did, and they fixed it in a short period of time even though they were booked solid. Jonathan could not have helped more and been more polite. What an absolutely professional team. Two weeks later I’m still enjoying the cold air!!

These guys are great! I was dead on the side of the road in my Lincoln mkz. My husband told me to call the dealership for service. The dealership couldn't even look at my car until next month, at least 2 weeks away. The tow company, freedom tow, gave me this shops name and number. They had me towed and repaired the same day and were complete gentleman to boot! Love you guys. I'll be personally recommending this shop in the future!

Absolutely incredible mechanics that work here. They have been nothing but accommodating since I started using them about 2 years ago. They always accept drop off vehicles and will get them fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. And the price are very reasonable especially in today’s market. These guys work with unicar who sold me a $20,000 minivan in which i purchased 2 months ago. 3 days ago they said they don't recommend driving my vehicle.(overheating, transmission slipping, and not starting). Now they said nothings wrong after not being able to diagnose or fixing any issues! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They will take every penny you have and they'll lie straight to your face! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! FRAUDULENT BUSINESSES! PS; THEY ALSO SAID THEY DONT CARE IF THEY GET 1 STAR REVIEWS FOR BAD BUSINESSES. WOW THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESSES. As of today, Febuary 16th, 2025, I'd like to add to this review a month later... my oil has been leaking all over driveway. Engine is about seized now. 20k in the Trash can
