$450 for mobile mechanic on the weekend. For that price tag. I would’ve expected to have our problem fixed, or at least a more exact diagnosis. The mechanic told us definitively what to fix. The mechanic didn’t do anything to verify his recommendations, even though we pressed him on how he could be so sure what he recommended was the right thing to do But he reassured us that it could only be what he said. However, after replacing the parts and the problem still wasn’t fixed, it turned out to be something very stupid and simple, and something he never mentioned. So after not only the $450 for the mobile mechanic and the $500 in parts, it was something that wouldn’t have cost us anything at all. I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone. Find someone else who will, especially for that amount of money, take the time to do a real diagnosis, and not just plug in his computer to the OBDII port.

Very poor customer service. The dispatch can't give you a breakdown of the cost of service. They high-get my old part cause I refuse to pay them 800 for a 1 and half service call. Luckily there was a WW Williams not too far from my location that had what i needed. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. No No No

I can't thank you enough for going out of your way to get me back on the road. I was stranded on my way back to Ohio from Florida. Dynamic Auto Repair took the time (after hours) to repair my vehicle and allow me to be home to attend to much needed business. He was honest and very reasonably priced. He stopped what he was doing to help me. He cancelled a family get together to take care of my needs and I am forever appreciative.

Ricky was great!!! We were stranded by Cruise America RV rentals and Dynamic Auto & Diesel came out on Mother's Day to repair two flat tires. Very honest and able to get us back on the road quickly!!!! Had the right tires and very pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommend Dynamic Auto!!!

On our family trip out of town our truck broke down, my husband and I had no idea what the problem was but we knew we had to figure it out and figure it out FAST with our kids in the car. A very fussy 10 month old and a sassy 7 year old. We came across two different companies and decided to call both and see which one would make it to us faster and when I tell you dynamic arrived sooo fast my 7 year old hadn’t even gotten to the point of asking questions yet!! We plan on using them all of the time EVERY TIME!❤️ THANK YOU SO MUCH DYNAMIC!!!

Do not call these people, they are truly crooks and according to the first police officer that responded probably performing a scam that is becoming more common!!!! They were called by my employee because we needed a mobile mechanic for our bucket truck. We were told they would be able to repair the truck on site. We were told that it would be 350 bucks for the call out and to diagnose the problem, but again they could fix it onsite. So they get onsite, plug in the code reader and told us the code and demanded payment. No true diagnosis and no attempt at a repair. When challenged they back peddled and pretty much said they told us they were roadside service not a mobile mechanic. Even if that were true, they sure didn’t provide any roadside service. They literally did the same thing that autozone does for free and demanded 350 dollars. To shorten the story, the police were involved, they told me it was a scam but to pay since my employee signed initially agreeing on the price and to allow them to work on the truck. I attempted to pay with my credit card to end the ordeal, but now they wouldn’t accept credit cards which again was different from what they had told us. While we were trying to figure out payment since my employee didn’t have cash on him they brought a wrecker on private property and hooked to our truck. Police were called again. Police again said it was a scam and to take them to court but since they hooked to our truck now we had to pay 1175 to get our truck unhooked. So in the end these crooks got away with 1175 cash since cash is all they would take and the police protected them even though they literally told me it was a scam. Hard to believe that laws protect shady businesses like this and that businesses like this are able to exist.

I don't know about them as mechanics, but I ordered a tow in Red Bank. They towed it 12 miles and charged me $225.00. That's ridiculous. They would have charged me $25.00 more, but the driver got me a military discount. To be clear, the driver did a fine job on his end, but the price is astronomical.

This company is a scam do not I repeat do not contact this company the owner Ricky Will promise you things that he cannot fulfill. They worked on my trailer for 10 hours on the side of the road just to tell me that they cannot finish the job and had his technician pack up and leave the job. After the technician left several times to take other calls. They will ask for credit card info and will not come through on the work! SCAM SCAM PLEASE READ BEFORE DEALING WITH RICKY!!!!

Great mechanics! We were stranded and the mechanics, especially Ricki made sure that we got back on the road as soon as possible. They are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. We will definitely come back to this repair shop! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE DEALING WITH THESE CROOKS!! I recently had a a serpentine belt snap near Columbia sc and I called these guys out. The mobile mechanic came out and told me that there was no point in replacing the belt because the fan clutch had gone bad. The service tech that was out there called the office and told his boss that there wasn’t anything he could do but the boss insisted that since I asked for the belt to be replaced that I had to pay them for the job(keep in mind that he didn’t replace the belt). I told him that I didn’t want the work done because his own tech said there wasn’t any point in replacing the belt without replacing the fan clutch. The owner got mad and told his tech to leave. They charged me $505 for driving out and doing absolutely nothing. These people ask for your credit card before they do anything and charge you whatever they want even when they don’t do anything. I called to ask him about the charge and he said “you’re lucky I didn’t charge you $2000!” These people are scammers, do not call them!!

I had this company come out to change the hub assembly on my trailer at 11 am. By the end of the job (which was 10:30pm) the owner Ricky told his mechanic to leave the job , which wasn’t finished . The owner was very nasty to not only me but my driver. The mechanic on duty left my truck several times, one to complete a totally different job (unacceptable) . Cut the nut off the bearing and Completely stripped the threads . 0/10 do not recommend this company, terribly unprofessional !

Called them and needed a tire changed out on our gooseneck trailer (SEVEN MILES FROM THEIR SHOP), specifically told the man we needed a 16 ply tire, was quoted $800 to install one tire. When the mechanic arrived he had a 10 ply tire instead of a 16 ply, thankfully my husband can tell the difference because they surely were not going to tell us & planned on still charging us for the 16 ply which was $85 more than the 10 ply until I called him out on it. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL & WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

Rv repair.. technician was knowledgeable and courteous. No issue. Problem. Is with billing. They stated MOBILE Service charge. stated 3 hr min 250$ without tools. With tools is an extra $385.. NO TECHNJCIAN IS WORTH 250$ an Hour without tools. If he needs tools it is an extra 385$. On vacation there service costed us $1330.00 for 40 minutes.. intake hose fell off and restricted flow. no parts.. sad.. there response was we told you. But why was the first thing he did was plug in? They can fix it ..no doubt..do NOT let them troubleshoot your rig.

Dynamic diesel helped us with our Rollback that was leaking brake fluid pretty heavily. Ended up replacing both brakes and rotors on the steer axle. They responded quickly to my call and got us back up and running within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend.

$195 service call plus 3 HOURS MINIMUM $185 an hour is crazy work. So sad to have these businesses still up and running
