Went for a supposedly free ac diagnostic ended up paying for 100.00 in services we were not ask if we wanted. Told the ac worked. Literally 2 minutes later it was blowing hot air. Having the ten commandments on the wall dont make you an honest person.

Had my car for 1 month and still did not fix the problem. I was charged $610.00. Everytime I called they would state that they were goingto give me a call back. I had to call evryday in order to get no where. So I finally decided to just take my car elsewhere. I wil never take another vehicle here. I was told that they could not locate the problem...

Wait until you see the waiting area in the office! And the dog is huge and cool as anything. But, most importantly, these are good, down-home, honest, hard-working people who will tell you what you need to hear and sometimes what you don't want to hear hahaha. So make sure you get over here and ask whatever you need to and they'll be more than happy to help you out amen.

The staff here is honest about what is going on with your car. You may not always like what they have to say about your car, but if you take their advice, it can save you money! They don't try to rush me and my car out the door, and they have WiFi while I wait! They take their time to check over my car and ensure everything is done properly. They do their research to get me the best price for any parts that any of my cars may need. If you need multiple things done to your vehicle they discuss a plan of action with you to determine what is most time sensitive/important. I love that they guarantee their work! Everything they do is reported to CarFax. They have worked on all of my cars, including: Land Rover, Chevy Monte Carlo, and a Nissan Juke. But before I bought any of my cars, I brought the cars over to Good Guys to have them inspected. Their inspections have saved a lot of money by not investing in a car that would need more work than it was worth!

If I could give less than one star, I would. I took my wife's car here to address a noise her a/c was making. After "diagnosing" it with their EYES, they determined it was a timing belt, water pump, and other things that I do not feel were relevant (spark plugs, gasket, etc.). After getting the car back after nearly TWO WEEKS, the air was still not running. We spent nearly $800 for very disappointing service. DO NOT take your car here for any reason whatsoever. This place will rip you off and then try to offer you more service with a 10% discount, which really isn't much compared to their prices. I will NOT be returning to this location and I advise anyone else to avoid it as well.

I made a terrible rookie mistake, by adding too much oil to my engine. My car started to idle rough. I first went to Advanced Auto parts to see if I could buy a syphon to remove the excess. They recommended to go to a shop and to go to Good Guys Auto down the road. Good Guys Auto were willing to accept my walk in and get me back on the road immediately. I was very appreciative!

I have a 2012 Ford Fusion, I was having trouble with my ac working only sometimes (mostly when it's cool)after I had a recall on my air bags through Ford, I asked Ford how much they would charge me to fix it and they quoted me $400. I was trying to find a cheaper alternative, I should have taken it back to Ford. I called "Good guys" and asked how much they would charge me to suck out the freon, reprogram the hvac module and then put the freon back in, which is what Ford told me it needed. I spoke with a very nice gentlemen on the phone who I can only assume by the other reviews was Scott because it definitely wasn't John and he assured me that they could do the job for $140. I took my car in on a Tuesday and went into the waiting room to wait for the work to be done. My friend was with me and after about 30 minutes of waiting had to use the restroom, but the door had an out of order sign on it. I tried the door and it wasn't locked, in fact there was absolutely nothing wrong with the restroom, so I'm assuming they just wanted to keep ppl sitting in their waiting room for hours without even giving them a place to use the restroom if they need to. After waiting 2 hours for my car to be done John said it was ready. I went out to my car which was cranked with the ac running and put my hand in front of the vent to see if it was blowing cold air, and it was at first and then changed right back to hot air. I went back in and told John that the problem was not fixed at all. So back to the waiting room again. Ten minutes later he said I was all set, at this point I'm extremely skeptical about this because I'm now feeling like they don't know what they are doing. When I went out the ac was blowing cold air again and so we left. On Thursday 2 days later, I'm otw to take my friend to work and guess what, the ac started blowing hot air again. At this point I feel like they definitely don't know what they are doing and just want my money back so I can take it to the dealership and pay the $400. I called and spoke with John who told me he was absolutely not giving me my money back but I could bring my car back again and they would see if they could fix it again. What!?!? I don't think so! I am scared for them to even touch my car at this point because now I am convinced they don't know what they are doing. DON'T go there!! If they supposedly fix your car and you have the same problem again they WILL NOT give you your money back!! Good guys?? NOT!!

This is a great place to bring your vehicle. They are up front and even tell you if the issue is covered by your warranty. I couldn’t be happier with their service and quality work.

Took my car in for repair in December 2017. Had good service, competitive price at $370.99. Then 7 months later the repair broke same as the first time. Good Guys invoice states they offer a One Year Warranty on parts and labor. Took my car back, it sat for 3 days after they said they would look at it in 1 day, I had to call them to find out status. Was told it the repair would be $450 and refused to cover it with their Promised Quoted 1 year warranty. Also refused any discounted labor on their bad repair. Asked to speak to Mgr and was told he was out of town. Told them to repair the car and was promised it would be ready next day, Then part got lost in delivery....LOL... once car was repaired I got a call that additional work needed to be done to prevent further damage, at additional cost. **But then said they had a 10% coupon I could download to offset cost.... not hardly. All in all horrible experience. They don't stand behind their word or their work. $883.92 for what should have been done right the first time at $370.99 . Two repairs on same part. My next move is the Better Business Bureau. Lets get the word out people!!!! Maybe they should be called "The Good, the bad, the ugly" Automotive.

I took my vehicle here a few years ago. They replaced the fuel pump and charged me $998. To this day, my van still doesn't read fuel levels correctly. About 2 weeks after the "repairs ", my van wouldn't start. I called them and asked them if they could tow it in for another look. They rudely told me they would, but I would have to pay. Actually, every time I called, they were rude. When I forked over nearly $1000, they were rude. When I called for updates, they were rude.I wish I had the funds over the years to have someone else address it. Unfortunately, I've just tolerated the fact that I'm never going to know how much fuel I have. I don't know how they have such high ratings.

Replaced my transmission, super friendly, glad they were able to get my car up and running again. A little bit of a delay and pricing went up fairly quickly due to our current economic state, but they did their best to keep me up to speed with what was going on.

I would rather walk than trust them to fix my truck again. When I loaded truck on rollback to transport to Good Guys Automotive, the engine was NOT locked up and I was told "we have run two different tests on it and you just need an oil pump and not an engine". After three weeks, 2 misdiagnoses, and at least 6 different excuses as to why it's not done on time, the engine is now locked up completely and it is being towed to a shop that's honest and reputable. For what it's worth, Tow truck driver said he had heard nothing but complaints about this shop as well.
