If there’s anything’s lower than one star I would give that. I’ve never seen a car wash service and I leave with my car this dirty. I asked them to redo it, and still dirty.

This place talked me into getting a full detail (interior and exterior). They told me it would be a 2 minute wait before I could leave after dropping my car off. It took 20 minutes. They told me that it would take 1.5 hours and it took 2.5 hours and when I showed up the work was horrible. My back seats were soaking wet and so slippery. They were not even wiped! None of the door jams were done and my fenders has dirt all over them. They apologized and asked me to wait while they finish the job. They still only did a few of the things I showed them! I tried speaking to the manager and she hung up on me after I tried to come up with a solution with her. Oh and the carpet that i have in the trunk is ruined.

Don’t come unless you want your car broken and get blamed for it. Our back windshield wiper got broken and they tried to say we had it on. Did not even apologize and was very rude! Their quality is subpar and we always have to clean the car again when we bring it home. 👎👎👎

I have gotten my car detailed here several times and they do an ok job. However, today, I get my car detailed and they do something reckless and my entire side view mirror cap comes off and they just leave it sitting wherever it fell off at. I inquire about it and the “so called” GM says “we don’t know where it fell off at, the guys in the front do not know what happens in the back”. No accountability!! So if you would like your car to be in one piece after a detail, don’t come here!!!!

Been going there for several years and usually get the $30+ deluxe car wash. Most of the time the car looks nice and clean. This time, I was surprised to see how few people they had in the drying area, leaving cars waiting so long that they dried by themselves before they came to wipe down the car. The interior was nice and clean. But this morning when I looked at the car in the garage, it was full of water spots. The second issue was the tire gloss they applied. I notice when I got into the car that the tires appeared wet. And again this morning in addition to the water spots, both sides of the car was covered in the residue from that oily tire gloss material. The water spots came of with my Pink Spray, but the tire gloss material had to be washed off with warm soapy water. They should have gone back over the tires with a dry cloth to remove the excess liquid, but they were understaffed and slammed with cars. I could have just washed my own car this time at least.

This Car Wash is an absolute scam. Their pricing online doesn't match their in person pricing. When they get called out for the discrepancies, they proceed to insult customers. When they get called out for poor work, they argue that it's your fault. The manager (adult woman) is infuriating to deal with. The historical and recent reviews are pretty accurate. I would not recommend this business.

I pay them $27 plus 8 $5 tip and I still have dirt the just wipes off with your hand sitting on the side of my truck... And my windows Have streaks and Dirt spots left... Good news $27 get you nice shiny tires...heck now looking at the wheels they are done horribly. ..i can wipe off the excess grim

This place is a complete scam! Stopped in today to have it done get the receipt go inside and express hand wax on receipt says 64.99 while the sign above the vacuum area clearly stated 54.99. When back to the area manager argued with me that the price I was quoted was the price she showed me on the sheet and I said it's the same service you guys need to honor the price on the sign. She says oh no the tape fell off because the wind blew off I said that's not my problem. You need to honor to sign for 54.99 and she wouldn't do it. I said you to risk losing a customer for $10. She said pretty much I said OK I'll let give guys have a bad yelp review. give me my car back and I'm leaving. I turn around To take a photo of the sign. They saw me and rushed over w a ladder to try to change a sign. How shady is that?

I came to this place thinking it looked pretty nice, they have plenty of employees and they would do a good job cleaning my car ...Not!!! The amount of time they serviced my car was not too bad. But, they failed to vacuum it and they had to bring it back to the get vacuumed. Which took a very long time to finish. And looking at my windshield looks like I cleaned it not an auto spa. Really disappointing!!! The good thing they have going is they have a guy there fixing people's cracked windshield which they fixed mine for a small fee. They have a kids area with a TV and place to sit and wait.

Terrible!!!!Not to be rude but this place is trash! My car was that dirty but still needed vacuuming wipe down everywhere bc I like a clean car I get home and regret paying $50 dollars for a car wash that looks like I went through a drive by one and kept going. I was disappointed I open the back doors and it was dirty still I had ask him to wipe it down but he went to get a towel never came back. The chairs had crumps still. Never going back and I usually tip pretty good they didn’t get shii. I had to come home and watch my car all over again

I would not even give this one star, but the system doesn’t allow. Any ways paid $200 for their interior and exterior was plus clay work and polish. When done, after 2.25 hours, the car looked terrible. Dirt on the wheels, trunk not even vacuumed, front and rear bumpers still had dirt on it. Spots all around the car. I would avoid this place at any cost. Terrible service and they would make an excuse for their lack of professionalism and why they have done a terrible job. Last time ever I come here. Advice the same for others.

I was charged $300 for a vomit clean up. It wasn’t as bad as it sounds since I cleaned most of it out the car the night before but there were so many red flags: 1) They brought me over to let me know my car is ready THREE separate times. Each time I assessed it, there was vomit to clean up on the roof, under the chair. I couldn’t believe that they would charge this much to NOT thoroughly clean the car. 2) When I went home, I found vomit on the seatbelt AND they scratched up the tint of my passenger side window. (Picture attached) I called and they asked me to come over and have their tint guy fix it but I had to reschedule since it was around the Thanksgiving Holiday. I was told by the manager Elvia that she would give my number to the tint guy to schedule directly, and never heard back. At this point, I just NEVER want to deal with their awful service ever again, it just got progressively worse. To add, This is my 2nd time here — the first time was a red flag because I was sitting there next to the woman at the register for nearly 3 hours and no one ever called me to let me know my car was done. TLDR: Prices and quality of service are not aligned.

I wish there was a negative 10 star. They did $2500 worth of damage to my car and they refuse to pay. One manager admitted to it because it was on their video surveillance camera and the other manager is saying that they aren’t responsible. They will not give me the number to the owner and said to email instead. I’ve emailed them every day for the past week and no response. Elvi has done nothing to help. She continues to blame me and take no responsibility when 1 there’s video surveillance showing my car going in perfectly fine, and 2 - i have photos and videos… before and after. I will NEVER bring my car there again

I have been going here since 2017 The staff is friendly and does a great job. I went today and they wanted 80.00 for a hand wash are you kidding me! These poor people bust their butts all day while the owner spends his time relaxing and spending his money. I know prices are up all over but I feel the staff that works there is being taken advantage of and over worked. I always give a decent tip but the owner of this place has to realize that if he is charging that much he needs to realize his staff keeps him in business and he needs to give them the dignity and respect they deserve and give them an increase in pay. Just my thoughts, I have 5 vehicles and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Second time coming here to give it another chance, but it really wasn’t worth it. I got the ultimate wash package, the exterior wash was about 85% okay, but the interior was very disappointing. They didn’t wipe many surfaces, the touch screen was still covered with fingerprints, and there was dirt left on the back seats and floor and the cup holders. It’s clear they didn’t take the time to clean properly — I even had to stop and finish wiping areas myself. For how expensive it was, the service didn’t match the price. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you only want a quick exterior wash.

I’ve been coming here for well over 10 years. The quality of service has steadily declined. Today was the absolute worst and will never come back again. It appears to me that nobody working at this car wash has any sense of pride. The owners should take notice before their client base goes elsewhere.

f you have the resources and time, take this as your sign to start a business to compete with these guys. Someone needs to. I went over the other day and while I was about to spend $80 for a “quick” wash, ( I have a CRV ) o saw a lady with a Prius asking politely if they could redo some of the interior cleaning interior cleaning they had rushed through. However, the staff was not very nice towards her. The whole scene was sad. I feel like people should stop spending their hard earned money on a place like this out of habit. I’ve took all 3 of my cars here for the last 12 years and I can tell you they clearly don’t care anymore.
