The staff and the service was above and beyond! They give a detailed report on any and all issues my car had, and could potentially have in the future. I ended up just getting an oil change and the prices were way more affordable than the drive through places. I don't even know where to begin. Oh wait yes I do... Rima! Overall Monkey Wrenches was fabulous. They were quick and efficient. I had an answer even before the time that I expected. I had taken my car in for a brake inspection because it was making noise. They could have easily told me that I needed work done and I would have had my credit card ready. Instead all I got was honesty. Honesty and integrity. The bottom line was I did not need work done and they made sure that they explained in detail why. The only expense I had was for the inspection itself and I was happy to pay that for the peace of mind that they gave me. And now back to Rima. Rima is what every company should strive for when they are trying to represent their business. She was friendly knowledgeable empathetic and again honest. I can't speak enough about the Integrity of this shop but Rima is a primary reason why I would go back anytime I had a need

Monkey Wrenches has been a pleasure to work with. They are fantastic at communication, honest, and help to keep my car running strong. This is “my” shop from now on. Quick story: I brought my car to them a few months ago based on the recommendation of a friend. They took my car and did several things to it including a throttle body cleaning. After they returned my car to me I experienced a couple quirks with acceleration and then the dreaded check engine light came on. I called and Rima answered. She told me to come back and they would take care of me. They identified the problem and solved it quickly at no extra charge to me. The following day I got 2 more MPG on my daily commute.
