Went to find a rear end out of Silverado turns out doesn’t fit nor did it work mike the owner said it would work but didn’t I ask for a warranty replacement they said no because I changed the oil in it... anyways they didn’t issue anything back to me nor my money back. Very rude over the phone don’t waste your time here don’t waste your money here I wasted $700 please don’t waste yours

Had an appointment at 9, took the car for a DMV light insp. They told me it was going to taje 2 hours; I called them to check on it at 1. They told me that they had too much work and it was going to be after 3. I went to the place at 4, they were really unprofessional and it seem they were upset because we were asking for our car. The carwas ready and they took another 45 minutes to sign the paper. I will not go back.

They are busy at this hour seems very nice an helpful. Say my only suggestion would be open at like 10am. And maybe suggest they stay open a bit longer on Saturdays like until 3:30pm . Might help, looks like peeking hours is around now something for them to think about. Wd customers sure would appreciate it. Thanks yall.

My first experience with A and A was 20 years ago. I wrecked my 64 Cadillac. I went there, they had everything I needed. They were super helpful and I was able to put my car together. Every time I’ve called for help since then they’re always very knowledgeable. This place is a vendor that all Cadillac owners must have on speed dial.

When I finally did call them, I left my list of 3 items I needed and got a call back from Kim, she said they had the parts ready! Reasonable price too for hard to find item. These guys go the distance in your search for parts on cars that they may not have in their inventory even. They have sources outside their own fences and are always willing to help you til its found. Dan and Tony are awesome. They also have reasonable deals on used cars in their lien sale section of the yard. Good price on good transportation..no games straight forward transparent deals. I love this place and you will too. I'm not easy to please but these guys left nothing for me to be unhappy about.

I am not happy with the 1973 Cadillac Eldorado rear bumper that I purchased from here it was said to be in excellent condition and it is in average condition, I had always heard great things about this place and was surprised that the quality was like this, I had buy another part from someone else to get the quality that I wanted.
