Failed my truck on smog told me I needed it a catalytic converter Give me price for catalytic converter on the day they were installing it told me the price went up the last month I told them I just got this estimate on Friday which was 2 days ago this place just seemed a little bit shady to me they definitely won't see me again and to boot they didn't smog my 🚒 now how shady is that

They recommended i get a new catalytic converter when another place did more testing they determined i did not need one to pass my smog and saved me about $2500 disappointed in Bwood Muffler but will always get my work checked there they are reliable 99% of the time never hurts to get a second opinion. Ill be there for an oil change in a day or two :)

If I could put 0 stars I would. The lady in the office was nice. Others were rude. This shop is a sister shop of an alignment/ muffler shop next to Extreme Motorsports. They are worse. They did an alignment on my daughter's truck, after it pulled left and braking was a scary left turn. They gave me the run around until I had enough. If you need an alignment go to Big O tires in town!

My car broke down on me and then wouldn’t start. I got it towed to Brentwood Muffler and they took a look at it the same day. After the initial inspection they called me right away and let me know the issues they found and suggested I take it to Hyundai service center because it should still be under warranty. They saved me so much money by being honest and caring about the customer more than doing the work themselves. Brentwood Muffler was recommended to me and now I’ll be always recommending them first.

If you need your car to be repaired, look no further!!! They are honest and their prices are fair. I have taken all my cars to them and have never had a issue. It's very hard to find a good mechanic who does great work for a fair price. Lastly, I can't forget the awesome customer service that Mary provides!!!

Wonderful experience with this shop. The receptionist is very pleasant even under pressure. Jerry is the absolute best when it comes to performance exhaust and creating that unique sound that each car guy wants from his ride. My F150 sounds not only great, but different than all of the rest. And he toned it down so I could drive through my neighborhood without driving everyone crazy, yet kept that sound that reveals the underlying bad**s that my truck has when the pedal is to the metal! Thank you.

Called Brentwood Muffler/Repair on a Monday morning, had a coolant leak. Brought it in Monday morning,they verified the work, and gave me an estimate. Left it overnight, and it was done Tuesday morning and the repair was less than anticipated. New radiator, hoses, thermostat and cap. Mary and Jerry are awesome and very knowledgable, and their mechanics are great too.👍

Love these guys. So friendly and efficient every time I go in which is for smog my rig for DMV and other issues I have had. If I need them for anything else I'm sure it will be a great experience ,as always I never have to go back for any redo's.My Chrysler 300 is my baby and I trust them to treat it well.
