Had front 2 tires replaced yesterday, paid nearly $400 for the service. Today, after driving less than 30 miles on a paved public city roads, one of the tires deflated. The store is asking me to tow the car back at my expense. They refused to accept any liability, I asked if they would reimburse for towing costs if the tire/install was faulty, which they refused. So if they give you the bad tire of install it wrong, it sucks for you. Basically, the customer service here sucks so please take your money elsewhere!

First time I go to LES SCHWAB TIRE SHOP I called for tire rotation and break inspection service they didn't charge me $$$$ at all they told me it is a complimentary service , I got really surprised so thank you so much LE SCHWAB SHOP 🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝 from now on I'll be taking my car for service 🚘🚘🚘🚘.

5.0 star rating 1/22/2018 I was reffered by the service Manager at Infiniti of Modesto where I purchased a 2017 Q50 R400. Figures I would get a screw in my front tire a few months after purchasing it. I was very skepticle of going over their due to my bad expereince with Americas Tires scratching two of my rims on my previous Infiniti while installing new tires and then denying it. However, I gave Les Schwab a call and Gary answered the phone. He was very nice and pleasent, I told him the situation and my worries. He explained they have top of the line equipment and he would personally see that nothing goes wrong. So I go down there, I had to wait 45 minutes but big deal, it is a first come first service operation so always call before you head down. A real nice young gentleman saw my car was new and treated it with kid gloves. He even had me come over and take a look at how he was patching the tire. They use a plug and inner patch he explained it's a new way to do it and it lasts the life of the tire. When he was done he brought the car up front, I went up to him he said thank you for coming in and hope to see you for any future needs you may have. I said don't I owe you anyhting? He said no it's complimentary. I was shocked. I even asked for a quote for new tires for my car since the tires are stagered and don't last very long due to not being able to rotate them. Gary gave me a great written estimate on four tires installed. Even though I am not close to needing new tires now, when I am they will get my buisness hands down. Great job guys and it was a pleassure enjoying your really nice clean and large waiting room with great amenities. Bill

I've been using this location since it opened and Excellent service again. Went in for a tire rotation and 3 of my tires needed to be rebalanced. Done so free of charge. Of course, I bought the tires there. Apparently, the roads in California suck so bad this is a much more regular occurrence now.

I came here for vehicle alignment and they said they can do it same day. About a or two before I was supposed to pick it up. They called and said they can't do it because my ball joints was bad. So I picked it up drove it back home where I jacked both sides up. I inspect the balls joints and they are still in good condition. So I called and ask why did they said my ball joints needs to be replaced. The mechanic said the ball joints are clicking when steering the vehicle so i turned it back and forward when they where on the phone and I told the. The ball joints doesn't make a sound. My guess is that less schwa was trying to get me to replace the ball joints at there shop. Ps I used to be a shop technician and i have over 10 years of experience working in automotive industry.

Do not go to the store if you want anything done in under a few hours. I have been here for 2 hours today to get a tire patched and now have to leave because after being told it would take 2 hours they aren't even close to being ready for me, and the lady doesn't care I am leaving and they are losing my business. My first trip here was a few months ago for a simple tire rotation and it took 5 hours while I waited, my second trip to rotate tire took 3 hours while I waited, this is my third trip here, I am done with this place. I was a valued customer at the Les Schwab in Martinez, they always got you in and out quickly. In the last two and a half years I have spent around $7,000 on tires, wheels and repairs. I will take that money somewhere else from now on.

I had an appointment for 9am for mounting and balancing wheels and tires I brought myself. When checking in at register and confirming the service being provided was told I could drop off wheels and tires at bay 1. Was a bit confused on total price of $211 for mounting tires and balancing. Any place I’ve ever went to has been as low as $40-$100 but figured they would take care of me with speedy service and careful installation for my $4K wheels. I unloaded vehicle with a couple of workers and placed them to the side in one of the bays. Shortly after I received a text telling me the work would be done at 3pm. Thought that was crazy since I had an appointment at 9am but was optimistic since a friend and my mom gave me good reviews from their experiences there. I left my wheels and tires with good expectations to be taken care of. When 3pm came around I hadn’t received any call or text that the service was completed so I called to follow up but shortly after talking to someone the call was hung up while on hold. I decided to go to shop to check in person and after parking I noticed my wheels and tires I dropped off were still sitting in the same bay not touched 6 hours. When I walked in and spoke to the same lady that helped me when I first checked in she told me that she would go check on them but I told her no need to because they are still sitting in same spot when I dropped them off. One of the workers that helped me unload my vehicle was inside and told me that they have been really busy and that they wouldn’t be able to do it closer to end of the day because they didn’t want to rush and damage them which I understand and agree with but makes no since when I had an appointment. I decided to not wait any longer specially since I planed my day around this appointment and just pick up my wheels and tires. It’s frustrating with having an appointment and to be overlooked because of not physically having the vehicle the wheels are going on in person that walk ins are prioritized. I will not go back for any sort of work for any of my family members, friends, and or work vehicles after this experience.

Brought my car in to replace a tire and Alex looked at my car "AWD" and declared I would need 4 new tires. Mind you, he didn't look at the condition of the tires which had less than 7k in usage and were fully replaced 15 months ago. When I pushed back, reminding him that this was a 2008 vehicle that has had multiple tire replacements and never needed 4 tires to replace one tire with sidewall damage, he said he would need to see the car's manual. He proceeded to review the manual despite me showing him invoices from the many tire replacements this car has had in TWO countries (Midas in Canada, Big-O in California). He could not find anything in the manual stating that all the tires needed to be replaced every time a single tire was damaged so I said "great, you can just replace two of them" His response was "No, I can't find anything in the manual so I can only replace all four tires". I drove straight to Big-O where they quickly replaced 2 tires, after inspecting my vehicle and the condition of the tires. (less expensive for the same tires!!). Did Alex see a woman and decide he would try to take advantage? You decide. I know what I think.

I don't think I've felt more disrespected and undervalued in my life. Came in for a simple tire patch as soon as they opened and was given a 2 hour repair time estimation. I waited there until three hours passed, finally got fed up and left. Called after 5 hours had passed since I dropped it off for an ETA, and was told I was next in line. I get it can be busy and other people have appointments, as long as it's repaired it's fine, but it took a whopping 6 hours to fix a flat tire. Even worse is that when I came back to pick it up (a couple hours since it was ready because we went to the movies), my car was parked diagonally in a handicap spot, which I could get a ticket for, with my driver side window all the way down!! There is no circumstance anyone should ever park someone else's car in such an uncaring fashion. Extremely disappointed.

I had a great experience. I needed 4 new tires I had no appointment and it was around 3pm. The guy who helped me out was very clear about what I was looking for.(I told him give me the cheapest you got)gave me 2 options and explained to me the benefits of purchasing tires from there. Got everything done within 3 hours. When I picked my car up it was very easy and explained what they did to my car.

I always have a good experience at Les Schwab. There warranty on their tires is great. I got a screw in the side wall so the tire couldn't be repaired but with my warranty, which was about a year old, a brand new tire only cost me $11.96!! They always provide friendly, customer service, which is being more and more rare these days. Recently, I had a tire loosing air and I took it by America's Tires and they said tje tire absolutely had to be replaced, it couldn't be patched. I brought it to Les Schwab and sure enough, America's Tires was being dishonest, whether intentionally or not really doesn't matter, and Les Schwab patched the tire for free. I wish they were open on Sundays, that's one negative but I've noticed most tire stores arent.

This location in Brentwood always has the best employees. Every time I have come in for a air check or tire purchase, it has been a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly and professional. I had a stressful Sunday with a screw in my tire and I walked in on Monday morning and was greeted with the usual genuine smile. they took care of my tire within an hour and I didn't realize they don't even charge for fixing flat tires. This was the best experience. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and will continue to come to this location. Thank you for providing a consistent great service.

I came in to have a tire rotation but wasn’t able to schedule an appointment in advance. Just figured since I had a few hours free in the morning I would be able to check something off my to do list. Since I’ve been a customer of Les Schwab for years, I thought it wouldn’t take too long. When an hour and a half passed and my car was still sitting in the parking lot, I ended up asking how much longer it would take and was informed that it would be about four more hours roughly since I did not schedule an appointment. It’s wild that they think someone would be okay with waiting in store for five to six hours of their day just to get their tires rotated, so I ended up leaving and will be avoiding this location moving forward.

This particular Les Schwab does not only do great work, they're also very: customer service friendly, quick service, great communication, & they do a good job too at the end of the day. If you low air pressure icon ever comes on your car, you can stop by any Les Schwab, & they'll fill your tires air pressure to recommend specs, within a couple of minutes... That in itself is awesome & very much appreciated!!
