Dropped a tire off on a Friday. They say they will call me that day when it’s ready and I can just drive up and they will put my tire on. No need to wait. It’s now Monday, I call they say it’s ready. I’ve sat here 45 and see two different cars pull up with flats and they put their tires on no problem. After an 1.25 hrs they pull my car in and have to now repair my tire that was never fixed in the first place. The whole purpose of dropping my tire off was to save time sitting here. Will not return here again.

Generally you do not usually have to go to a tire shop everyday, and when you do it’s usually a very stressful situation because you have a flat tire, or have to get new tires, and it’s just usually so stressful. Not here! The service associates are so nice, make you fee right at home, and just take care of you like family. The service is fast, fun and easy. They got us in and out quickly despite being obviously very busy. Very impressed, will come here again whenever I’m in town and need any car related service. Rare find!

Seems to be getting harder and harder to find good quality shops that you can trust will take care of you and your vehicle to the best of their ability, without trying to nickel and dime for unnecessary extras or things you don’t need or want. These guys are real Professionals from start to finish. I’ve been taking 5 vehicles to them for service for a few years now and have never had a single issue. They’re friendly, fast, fairly priced, provide great all around service every time. I’d be surprised to hear if anyone ever had a bad experience here. 👍🏼

I always had high praise for Big O tires. I paid $1800 for a set of truck tires last year from them. 2 weeks ago i noticed air coming out of one of my tires and noticed it was coming out the valve stem. I heard it hissing. I went in the house and came back out and it stopped. I wiggled the valve stem and air is coming out where the rubber meets the threads. Ok, valve stem is bad. I put as much air as i could without it hissing out, and drove it to Big O to get it fixed. I also asked for a tire rotation. They called about an hour and half later and said it's ready. I picked it up and they told me no charge. I was a happy customer. I made sure the tires were rotated and i drove off. I dont drive mu truck much but put almost 100 miles on it in the last 2 weeks. I just went out to find 13lbs of pressure in the same tire. I wiggled the valve stem and air came pissing out. They never changed the valve stem. I checked all my tires and there are no new valve stems. Now i have to go back and do this process all over again. Not very happy right now. *update, i did take the truck back and they replaced the valve stem, no charge.

I had taken my tire off at home, in hopes it would be a quicker repair. Even though it took longer than I was told, I'm uping my review to 4 star. Now it's weeks later and the leak they fixed is holding great! Good job BigO👌

Convenient location and the staff was helpful and quick to attend the initial overview of what I needed. Wait time on a Saturday was not bad and they were very busy. Not a lot of parking available especially when tow trucks block several potential spots and block in cars that are waiting for their service. Management could ask the tow truck drivers to release the vehicle further down to not obstruct the area directly in front of the store as it's already difficult to gain access to the entry driveway. Overall a good experience. Vehicle was handled well. Would return for any tire needs.

I Ordered my first Nitto ridge grappler tire Friday morning and they delivered it the next day (Saturday) but I let them install it Monday morning together with my 2inch leveling kit. They did a great job with the install, balance and alignment. I’m very happy with my new tires No cabin noise No vibration No rubbing Perfect fit Thanks Big o tires !!!

This has been a long road with this particular Big-O. I recently moved from Livermore to Oakley I used Big-O in Livermore with no issues in the past. For regular maintenance I had the tires rebalanced through their Brentwood shop. And then had an oil change and tire rotation done. Afterwards I had a significant and alarming amount of vibration while driving. I inspected for myself and discovered that my wheel was not sitting flush on my hub. (A very dangerous situation) I had driven about 600 miles like this with vibrations becoming worse and worse. I brought the vehicle back in for them to look at and had a good conversation with their manager Marco who took the situation seriously. It turned out that they had double stacked the hub centering rings on my vehicle. Not paying attention. After speaking with him we worked out a deal. I wanted to get the idler and pitman arm replaced to have the steering tightened up. So to make things right he had given me a discounted labor rate. I have their unlimited 5-year alignment plan, so I also replaced my own inner and outer tie rods apart from their shop. Since the vehicle needed to be aligned anyways. (I let them know I replaced these in advance to the appointment). Took the vehicle in for this change. Still having vibration. I look under my vehicle and my jaw dropped. Their shop stripped the threads on my brand new tie rods during their alignment process. Even after this I still have extreme vibration when driving down the road. Turns out that all 4 of my tires were extremely out of balance. And to balance them now, due to the extreme amount of cupping on my tires they have to triple stack weights and the wear patter will remain on these tires for the life of the tire. My tires are 1 year old BF Goodrich all terrains…285/70/R17… far from a cheap tire. I was about ready to go back in and sort this out with Marco again, but at this point I do not trust them to touch any vehicle of mine ever again. At this rate the only way they could make this right is if they pro- rate my current tires due to the damage and headache this has caused me, let alone the danger from the mis-mounted wheel with the bad tire balancing. Attached are the photos of my tire cupping (high spot and low spot on treads) and my damage brand new tie Rod. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR

Last week got an alinement, car was gradually turning to the right. After alinement was done Now car moves faster to the right and steering wheel is shaky. Wasn’t before taking it into Big O. Won’t take it back might not be able to drive my car out of there garage!

I never post reviews but today the service was amazing. I had the oil changed, the tires rotated and some sensors changed on the tire monitoring system. I had explained that I was recovering from a broken hip/partial hip replacement and hoped the service could be completed within the hour. After 40 minutes, they said my car was ready.

First time here. Had to get my front brakes done. The price was very competitive, beating out a couple of other local shops. Everything went like clockwork, from getting the estimate to setting up the appointment. They are easy to work with and explained everything about the work that was being done and what possible work might need to be done in the future (without any pressure). While I was waiting for my car to be done, a stream of regular customers came through with everything from flat tires to hubcaps that came off. The front desk team went out of their way to take care of everyone. I can put my mind at ease knowing that I have a place I feel comfortable coming back to if I ever have problems down the road.
