Dropped my vehicle off with previous repair details and fresh diagnostic from another vender who couldn't address the repair issue. Got a call requesting permission to do extended diagnostic. Then got another call requesting 3 more hours of diagnostic and repair running wire from kick panel on drivers side back to purge valve and stated repair bill amount. Kept vehicle overnight and by 4:30 the next day no call, so I called. Said mechanic was test driving to clear and reset monitors. Decided to pick up truck then. With my invoice I received a list and was shown pictures of recomended repair/service work and prices. I requested they be sent to my email for further review. At home I Inspected stated work on the invoice i received noting no wire was installed to purge valve. I drove truck and enacted start stop ingnition sequences for a few days and took it back to check if it was cleared and would pass smog test. Receptionist cleared there was no need to run an additional wire only to splice to the correct wire at kick panel. All but 2 monitors cleared. They called A1 smog to check new law concerning smog test and sent me there. Got passed fine. There were many recomended repair and service items emailed to me and most all were legitimate. I was not able to use Keep It New for the recomended repairs due to financial constraints. (you do realize your brake job quote was much higher than the Ford dealerships prices) I do beleive they win the blue ribbon for the highest prices around, although I conceed they are probably worth it if you have the means to pay. I hope to not need any more work done after I clear the list, but if I have some thing I or my brother in law cannot do, then Keep It New will be my choice to take care of it.

I am a returning customer. My 2014 Scion xB needed a radiator flush—something I’d rather not do—so I took it to Keep It New for that service plus a headlight adjustment as I had switched out the HID bulbs for LED. They took me in the same day I called them. Great job!

So my suspension needed to be checked out. I went on yelp and chose "Keep It New Auto Service" because of all the 5-star reviews. Well let me tell you... I have NEVER experienced such thoroughness and raw honesty in an auto repair company before! Not only do they inspect your car, they have a website that all the information is uploaded to, pictures of all your parts, under the hood, carriage, etc. They document what they fix, what needs to be fixed and advise you of any "red or yellow" additional repairs needed in the near future with estimates. The receptionist who greeted and checked me in was very nice and professional, the waiting room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and updated. Even the service technician, Rodger, came out and explained everything he reviewed, and delivered such personable service! This company is absolutely AMAZING and will be the only company that I will go to.

I took my car in to have the brakes looked at, and to try and get rid of a squeal they’ve been making for a while. I tried a local brake specialist who wasn’t able to fix the problem. I have a lot of respect for this organization. They take customer service very seriously and are extremely fair in pricing. They are very thorough when you take your car in for its inspection. What I mean by that is that before I even paid my invoice, they sat me down and told me everything that was wrong with my car, and they also explained to me that I do not have to get it fixed right away, but they wanted to make me aware of it so I would be conscious of it down the road. When I took my car in for the air conditioning issues, they gave me a price, including the Freon. Once they checked the vehicle and noticed that I had more than enough Freon, they adjusted my invoice accordingly, and I saved, which was a very nice savings for me. The owner and his wife they’re interpersonal skills are impeccable and genuine and the staff was very pleasant and attentive. I appreciate that they were concerned about my car and also my comfort zone, which is unheard of these days. I recommend those who have trust issues with other automotive repairs give them a try, and you’ll see what I mean.

Keep It New Auto is a great shop. They do several things really well. They are great with communication, great with helping me understand issues with my car, and great with memorializing different jobs needed on my car for future reference. They do a good job of fitting me in as quick as possible and work hard to finish the job right the first time. We’ve been going with them for years now and plan to continue. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop that goes above and beyond.

I'm new to this area and found your auto repair shop online. You did a full inspection on a vehicle I purchased and was honest about your findings amounting to more than the purchased price. So with that I was able to take it back to the seller and get my money back instead of legal action. Instead of just doing the work and charging me you were honest and let me decide that it was not worth fixing. Honesty is hard to find these days. I will definitely bring my other cars to you. Again, I received outstanding service from Keep It New Auto Service! I had taken my car to the dealership for a recall item and had asked them to check my oil level. I got my car back with no mention of the oil level. I went over the paperwork and saw they had said, 'Oil check requested. Not checked because dipstick missing or broken!' I was very disappointed that they did not tell me about this or make an effort to repair/replace. I went to Keep It New Auto Service and they immediately determined that the piece on the top of the dipstick was missing, so it could not be pulled out to check, but that the seal was good and it was safe to drive the car until a replacement dipstick came in. They ordered a new dipstick for me and will replace it when I return the car. There was no charge for the service today! This is an excellent company to do business with! They really go out of their way to help you right when you need it, and they know their business and what they are doing. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for any kind of auto service. They are honest, provide excellent quality service and really exhibit care for their customers.

I'm happy to have found KIN Auto Services in Brentwood. The staff are knowledgable, the pricing is fair, and the work is excellent. I've been a customer for a year now, and whether I'm dropping off my car or waiting for it, communication is prompt. When they discuss the findings of their diagnostic report, they don't try to upsell me and they let me know the items that need to be done now, at the next regular service, or sometime in the future (i.e., something optional that might be helpful). To be honest, when I inquired about if I needed the service they offer for reglazing old windshields Ann told me that my car doesn't need that and I needn't spend my money on it now. I appreciate the honesty and candor. I recommend Keep It New Auto Service with full confidence.
