I made an appointment online to get my a/c serviced on my 2014 Honda Accord. It wasn’t until I arrived I learned I was at the wrong location. Tony was like “no problem” we can help you. I told him why I was in and both he and Mike explained if I wasn’t having any issues there’s no sense in having it serviced. Mike even had Tony do a courtesy temp check to ensure it was blowing cool enough (which it was). Some shops would’ve taken advantage so the honesty they displayed won me over. I’m new to the area and I am happy to say I have found my new auto shop. :-) Update 12/4/25: If I could give this business 10 ⭐️’s I would. My 2017 GMC Acadia Denali displayed the message “Steering Assist is reduced drive with care”. I went to Google to see what the issue could be and saw a laundry list of possibilities. It could’ve been anything from a bad battery to a bad sensor/thermostat with the latter being upwards of $1600. I brought my car here and was relieved to learn it was just a bad battery. They could’ve easily told me it was a more costly fix but this is a stand up and honest business. The price I paid for a high quality battery w/warranty was more than reasonable. I even received a text message a few days later to make sure I everything was running smoothly. If you’re looking for an honest auto shop with top tier customer service and quality work look no further. Pick up the phone or go online and book your appointment.

They had my Jeep over 3 weeks, and after the first week and a half, they tried to return my Jeep to me not running and wanted payment of $1070. The only issue they fixed at that point was the door locks. NONE of the major issues had been fixed. 2.5 weeks into it, they tried to give it back to me again with it still not idling and only the BCM switched out. Told them that this is not acceptable, and they should at the least give me a running car at a minimum. At that point they also needed still fix the A/C . At over 3.5 weeks they gave my Jeep back with no A/C. To make matters worse, my nice stereo which was professionally installed by CarToys, was pulled out without my permission. I was told after the fact, that it was supposedly blowing a fuse. After I received my Jeep, I took it to well known stereo shop in Antioch. I asked them to verify that my stereo was bad and blowing fuses. They found no issues So, at this point, I paid to have my stereo reinstalled. There was nothing wrong with my pioneer stereo. It was working before I handed my Jeep over to Auto Diagnostic! So, in the end, it took them 3 weeks to install and reconfigure a used BCM module, they failed to fix the A/C, and they never determined why I have loss of power in the newly rebuilt engine. Another shop down the street determined a 4th cylinder issue. In the end, my car was returned to me with no stereo working, which was working great before they touched it, I do not recommend this shop whatsoever. Go to this mechanic at your own risk!

Having been taken to the shop via tow truck and knowing nothing about this business, I was very pleased with my experience. I had my dog with me when I broke down on the freeway, and right away they got my dog water. Even their restroom was sparkling. They kept me informed and I was able to pick up my car the next day. The prices were fair too. I highly recommend this business!

I had a great experience. My engine over-heated and my car was towed to their location after hours. I was able to connect with them before they closed and made arrangements to leave the key. They were able to get everything fixed up the next day so I could have the car back for the long holiday weekend.
