Replaced steering rack on 2012 ford explorer a couple months ago, also had to pay for an alignment. Got it back pretty quickly. Alignment was either not done, or done horribly. My tread depth on the front was on the better end 6 and 7 was taken shortly before at americas tires. Both Tires went completely bald on the outside in no time at all. Brought to Firestone to get alignment after new tires put on. And the alignment numbers were HORRIBLE.
