Fair and ethical professionalism in a local small business. My family has used this business as our primary mechanic since 2009 and they have always been timely in diagnosing problems, servicing vehicles and performing repairs. We come here for all our oil changes, they may not offer a 20-30 minute service but they have been more efficient and thorough than the "Quick" businesses. Recently my commuter car broke down and I towed it to their shop, but as they are closed on Mondays I had to put a note and the keys in an envelope in the key drop at the office. The next morning they called me at 7:45a (15 minutes before they opened) to let me know they got my keys ok and to expect a call between 1p and 2p with the diagnosis results. If you need an auto mechanic and you're in East Contra Costa County California don't hesitate to give this shop a call.

Outstanding customer serive 110% extremely friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had a last minute family emergency out of town and needed help on a pre holiday business and the office adminstratothe came to my rescue. Performed the work needed and got me on the road. I normally don't spend time leaving reviews but being that I myself is in the customer service industry it's a pleasure being appreciated and knowing you did a great job. I highly recommend them.
