Not impressed at all. First and foremost the mechanic got into my car without any protection to my seat or floor. Luckily in my car everything is black. I was told all fluids would be topped off. Were they? Who knows I wasn't explained or told anything as to the condition of anything. Second on my rotation an impact was used to install and tighten the wheels without an torque socket possibly warping my rotors. When my service was complete sure felt like the front end attendant was just ready to get me out of there. No thank you. No come back again(not that I will EVER) no appreciation whatsoever. Just took my payment (in which he overcharged me until I pointed it out) layed the receipt on the counter and that was it. I am new to the area and can't tell you where to go for a good oil change or service. But I can sure tell you where not to go. Britt's you certainly want to avoid. Definitely subpar service.

I have taken cars here multiple times and never had an issue. They usually fix mine for a reasonable price and it is always fixed correctly without any added issues. They also always tell you what else you need so if you dont heed their warnings then you should expect your car to still have problems! Stop writing negative reviews blaming issues on those people when I'm sure they already told you what you needed but like the rest of us, you couldn't afford it all at one time. Also please believe that if they ever get over kn me, I AM NOT TAKING THE TINE TO WRITE A REVIEW WHEN I COULD BE USING THAT TIME TO CONTACT THE GOVT AGENCY THAT DEALS WITH THINGS LIKE THIS!

This place is dangerous and should not be allowed to service much less repair vehicles. I believe they practice any and all shortcuts to minimize work and maximize profits while endangering those they are supposedly serving. It's a crime they are allowed to get away with such blatant disregard for the safety of those who pay to ensure the very thing they ignore. The aggravation and financial toll they are allowed to inflict is despicable.

Please do not take your car to this shop. I took my car to have the air compressor replaced on 8/11/24. They keep it 2 days. On 8/20/24 i was on my way from Union and the air compressor pulley locked up with me on i26 and I had to pay a wrecker $150 to have it towed in. They kept my car a total of 4 weeks of course they were without power for a week so I'll say they kept it 3 weeks. Picked it up on 9/25/24 they said it was fixed. Drove it for about 3 weeks and was on my way to Clinton and the same thing happened. Called them on 10/21/24 to let them know that it happened again. They finally picked it up on 10/23/24. Picked my car up on10/26/24 drove it to get the oil changed and the same thing happened again on 10/27/24. They picked it up on Monday 10/28/24 and said they had to replace the belt tensioner and charged me $382.52. Picked up the car on 10/29/24 and the car is running like crap. Misfiring something awful. Car still not fixed. Going through my receipts I found out that they had already replaced the belt tensioner on 8/14/24 to the tune of $198.64. I'm at whits end with these people. STAY FREE OF THIS SHOP PLEASE

Gross incompetence. Mechanic does not know to put your car back together. Made things worse. Have to take it someplace else now to fix it right. They cover for each other’s lack of skills, and will deny any wrong doing when you point out the obvious. Stay far away from this place. Absolute nightmare.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews but I would not recommend going here! They ran a diagnostic on my car and told me I needed all new coils and all new spark plugs(6) and that it was going to cost me about $1000! First of all if I needed all new spark plugs and coils my car wouldn’t have even been able to be driven. So I told them I needed to talk to my husband about it. Well I decided to get a second opinion and what do you know I only paid $200 for the problem with my car and is now running like a champ. I called to let them know I wouldn’t be getting the work done on it and they told me I let my drivers license there, so I went the next day to get it and they held my license ransom and made me pay $80 for the diagnostic that wasn’t even right in the first place. So they misdiagnosed my car and tried to get $1000 from me. They should honestly be reported to Consumer Affairs or Better businesses bureau!

I had to leave one Star. If I could I would leave 0. Went in for a simple bearing change. Put in wrong bearing leaked out all fluid. They definitely were aware the bearing didn't fit with it hanging out of the rear end. Never said nothing. Just took my money and sent me on my way. I have never left a review in my life but wanted people to be aware

Took my car in for a simple oil change. They put the wrong filter in and my oil leaked out. They had it towed back and cost me a day of work claiming it was just a bad seal. The mechanic said it didn't look right yet They installed it anyways. Do not go here.

They post about their customers on Facebook,Take pictures of you when you aren’t looking to send to their group chat,They’re rude to women and make you feel very uncomfortable. I’ve never been to a more lowly & rude sorry excuse for an establishment! We won’t be back to this disgusting place ever again! I have contacted my lawyer about the public humiliation I experienced here by the son of the owner! Ridiculous this is being allowed to happen in a place of business! If you’re a female don’t go here it’s not safe for women!!!!!

Took my car in for a clutch job and not my car wont go in to first or reverse. Told the “mechanic” and he told me oh yea there is just a sweet spot you just have to find it. Which is not a thing. Took the car back and now they want another $1000 to figured out what they broke. Mechanics leave your car very dirty and don’t put stuff back after service. I don’t think any of these mechanics are ASE certified or have any certifications.

On 1/30/26 i rented a uhaul ONLY from here on the uhaul app, pre-check in. Somehow i was mixed up with someone who had car repairs done here and my card was charged $432.36. The clerk was nonchalant and didn’t seem to care when brought to attention. I had to wait into after the winter weather to go to my bank and file a dispute. I still have yet to receive my money back and it is 2/10/26. Be mindful when renting a uhaul from here! Poor customer service skills and negligent!
