Brought my family vehicle in for a po302 and po202. Cylinder misfire and injector circuit open. After 2 hours the replaced injector and cleared the codes. I got a mile down the road and my vehicle threw the same codes. (I have a real time scanner in the obd2 port) I took it back and told the owner, who has a definite Napoleon complex, it was not fixed. He then tried to tell me he replaced cylinder one injector and now it needs cylinder 2 injector replaced. I advised him that is what was replaced in the first repair. The man with the Napoleon complex, then proceeds to get very defensive and very agitated. Then I advised him I was aware of what was replaced, and I was aware of what’s going on and made him aware of my scanner plugged into the car. A few more hours go by and it comes and tells me it’s done Napoleon had the audacity To tell me, he was going to go ahead and not charge me for the second repair. Napoleon was very frustrated that I called him out on trying to take advantage of me and proceeded to treat me poorly. I would definitely avoid this place Most of the positive reviews seem to be quick little fixes or oil changes. Maybe tires or brakes. I would definitely heed the warning of all the bad reviews and try another place because this guy is definitely a crook. He’s part of the reason why the automotive industry gets such a bad rep Sidenote, The device I have plugged into my car OBD2 port, Also tracks, Hard acceleration, hard breaking, , speed, seatbelts, Basically everything. Whoever drove the vehicle after the second attempt to repair it, was doing 58 miles an hour On the side road next to the shop. Stay away from this place if you really value your car and the money that you work hard for. this place will only want to take more and do more damage for things they didn’t do correctly the first time. It seems this is a trend if you review all of the reviews and I should have done that before I went. Lesson learned. But wait there’s more! The dealership I got the car from used this place to replace some stuff before I bought it. I didn’t know this initially till I spoke to the dealer after. They left the boots off my cv axles, lost one of my lug nuts and it had to go back for those repairs to be redone as well. If you want to get taken advantage of, go to the manufacturer dealership, at least they have real mechanics.

These guys are really good people. They are respectful and kind. They get you out quick and there prices are fair. I referring people to go to express lube and muffler because they installed my flow master and didn’t give me any problems respect to them.

If I could give negative stars I would. If your black don't waste your time on this place, owner puts all his white customers 1st. One black women was there 3 hours and didn't finish her car so she got her car and left, I was there 5 hours need to get my oil pan gasket replaced, they couldn't get it off to replace, gave me a oil change I didn't ask for and charged me 100 dollars for it. So nothing got done except something I didn't ask for. BLACK PEOPLE STAY AWAY! They don't care about your time at all.

Express lube always cares about the best customer service in the most efficient and time effective manner. They get you in and get you out. They only repair what's needed and don't try to sell you. Anything extra that you don't. Very trustworthy place with a down to earth owner.

***MUST READ***Came here for quad tips and specifically told them I wanted a muffler delete with the quad tips they said its okay and it’d be 390$ told me to come in the morning to get it done first thing. I did so and came back around noon to find my new exhaust system which I just bought(600$ down pipe) replaced with their own pipes keeping mine after explaining this isn’t what I wanted and why would I buy something new if your just gonna cut it off. They said it couldn’t be done how I wanted and that the the only way it could be done is how they did it. I told them that’s not what I want so we agreed to do only dual tips where it can be somewhat what I wanted, with my exhaust pipes. He even said he was gonna give me money in return. Returning several times the next day thinking he’d do what we agreed on. I found my new exhaust system which they had originally cut in 2 ( idk why because it’s only 3 bolts) was now in 5 different pieces only 2 being used on my car the others they kept until I showed pictures explaining the part was new which you can obviously see as I installed earlier that same week. Basically destroying that exhaust system. That’s not it, they did in fact do the quad tips showing it could’ve been possible from the beginning just now my exhaust system is cut in so many pieces. And welded back on with some of theirs. Talking to the owner asking for an explanation for what they did and how much I was gonna get in return. He just told me “to have a nice day “ telling me me to leave. They even had the audacity to charge me 5$ more then the 390$ even tho they said they were gone refund me some money they never did. Now after driving I could tell something was off about the exhaust low Miles per gallon and an ugly start sound , checking under the hood I found an exhaust leak coming from the gasket connecting the exhaust to the manifold. I didn’t believe they took the exhaust system off because they cut it off in so many pieces. But the gasket was changed and there were 2 of them on top of each other, this automatically let’s me now they did because the original gasket was a single one that came specifically for that system different from the ones they had put. Really hard to center and put in place. Which is why they maybe didn’t have patience to do it right and just put two other ones on top of each other. Two of of three nuts were stripped which is why it was leaking. They ruined my exhaust system which I bought made me waste almost 1000$ dollars and not even use what I bought and wasted two whole days waiting on them to work on my car which I use to go to work not to mention they always said they’d call me once it’s done, They never once called me I was always was there calling and showing up, sometimes it was done sometimes they weren’t working on it at all or just wasn’t done right. Reasoning now it was probably because they drive our cars and play with them as they want, I’ve talked to customers who have seen this happen. They even tried to stay with my new exhaust pipes and muffler which they can then sell and make profit. This is the worst expensive ever gets me so mad when I think about it . Just do things THE RIGHT WAY even if it’ll take more time. Your work will show what it cost This work, I should’ve been paid.

10 out of 10 I do recommend 👌 these guys are great! I went in for an oil change I didn't get a chance to get into my book they were done in no time. And the customer service is awesome everybody is so kind. And the price was reasonable even going as a woman that's a +. If you need something done that they provide this is the place👍

Dark 30 at night and I was traveling on I-26 west headed home to Tennessee. A dog ran out in front us and it destroyed the bottom of my radiator. Had it towed to this shop the next morning. These guys were very nice and professional. Had me ready to go at 5:30pm the same day. I left and it started running hot. Went back to the shop and they were closed. I saw the emergency contact number so I called it. The owner answered and came right out to look at it. Just didn’t have enough coolant. He refilled it and sent me on the way. We made back to Tennessee and the car is fine. And he gave me a super good deal on the price! Great business and a good group of people. Thank you for being a blessing to me and my family.

They do not do computer testing on cars to see what the problem is. He put part on my car that I did not need and car was not fixed. I went back 3 times in which he never fixed my car and refuse to correct the issue or refund my money. Then wanted to recharge me again to fix a issue that should have been fixed the first time around. I will never go back there because he was rude to me in the process. Now Im out of $300 and my car still has not been repaired. So, in all I spent $869 and car still messed up. Be careful ppl and I suggest you do not go there for car repairs nor oil changes cs they are even over priced

Do not use this shop!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! My check engine light was on, and they told it was my coil pack and spark plug. While I was there, they sold me 2 of the cheapest tires I have ever used. My car is not driving rough and I can feel every bump on the road. Their receipts don't itemize pricing; you are just getting random pricing "Shaun" made up. The next day my check engine light come back on. I take it to Advance Auto and was told it was my O2 sensors. When return to speak with "Shaun" he says I need to replace all the coil packs and plugs without even hooking my car up to a machine. I left and took my car to Mastertone Automotive & Exhaust off Fairforest Clevedale road and it was my O2 sensors. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Mike at Masterone you won't regret it.

I am an African-American woman and this was my first time being serviced here and my experience was good. The attendant that assisted me was very polite, took time to listen to me explain what was going on with my van and he proceeded to access the van (without charging me anything for the diagnostic ) and explained to me what he found and fixed the issue. Mine you, I had just had break work done 2 weeks ago from a "traveling" mechanic, and the same issues presented themselves and worst. I was so thankful that Express was able to fix my van approximately and at such a reasonable rate. All I can say is that I respected him and he respected me right back and I am a satisfied customer .

Straight rip off got my car done here with arm controls brought my parts brand new he charged me 150 to put on came bk less 6 months thinking I’m abt to get my brakes done this man comes bk say I need new arm controls AGAIN. argued me down they didn’t put them on there till he seen my receipt than say I must have brought old parts((REALLY SHAUN )) say we will put them on for 350 again believe they charged me and didn’t even put them on than charge me 40 just to check the same thing they supposed to already done either the worker not doing the job or this man ripping off peoples I single mother trying to make it with no help and places like this straight ripping peoples off

Called on the phone about some aftermarket work I would like to have done. Individual who answered the phone was courteous and said that they could do the work. He said for me to come by and let them take a look for an estimate. Drove a fair distance to get there at a later date. Then was told that they wouldn't do the work. Did suggest another location and I went there. So, I can't comment on their work performance, just the "told me one thing, then told me something opposite. Does make me wonder a bit though about what might would happen if they did do the work.
