Terrible service, absolutely refuses to complete warranty work or TSBs. Claim they can’t recreate issues and dismiss the problem. Trash team.

I have paid twice already for tire balancing and tire still vibrate. Now they tell me to come in and bring it back so they can redo it. I can only bring it during my lunch hour and I'm told... well sorry it's first come first serve. I want be back!!!

We did not want our air filter changed, because once they charged for air filter installation kit! All you do is open the air filter cabin and drp a filter. So this time we told them not to change it. We discovered after a while, the mechanic took out our filter. So we drove around without a air filter.

This review is about service I received on my Ford Escape in November 2019 and is long overdue. My husband and I were told by another shop that we needed a transmission rebuild costing $1500+. We decided to take our vehicle to Ford to have the transmission serviced before dropping that kind of money on a rebuild. The total invoice for service was $166.12 and we drove to New England and back afterwards and as of the date of this review have put another 8,000 miles on the vehicle. Ford Quick Lane 100% fixed this problem for 1/10th of what we were quoted elsewhere. The staff explained everything and were very friendly. The waiting area was great too. I can't speak as to the negative reviews here but we definitely had a completely different experience.

Slow as all get out. Took more than 8 hours to do an oil change. That was after waiting a week for the appointment. Wanted 60 bucks to adjust the headlights on a 3 month old truck. Better off just paying for the oil change some where else than to try to use the included maintenance from buying the truck.

I was there on Friday and there was a waiting period of 3 hours so they suggested I come back later. Today I was again and they simply didn't make the slightest question of assisting me, guiding me again to come back another day! Frankly, if you don't have decent service, open an agenda and don't say that the quick lane doesn't need to be scheduled! I live in Spartanburg and will have to go to another county to change my oil! Surely they don't need a client!

I will be taking my money somewhere else. I take 2 truck there for regular oil maintenance. And have had a bad experience with them. They did not change the oil and rotated tires and was there all day. And lie to me about it that they had done it . Second time they did not rotate tires and lie about it again saying they had. After i showed them that i had marked them before i drop it off. They will tell you that you need your air filter change every time you go. When i had just recently change it with them. The manager is very rude as well.

They were ok but could use some improvement. They seemed a little unorganized but I was very impressed with Jonathan because he was handling so many customers at once and he was very calm and professional. He also seemed like the only one that was doing his job. I think he deserves a raise and they could also afford to hire someone else to help him. Also my oil change took a lot longer than expected. Very slow.

Just not a good experience at all. They have six or more "advisors" but no front desk, they're all just at their own computers so if you have never been there before you just stand there looking confused while they stare at you until hopefully someone actually walks up to ask you what you're doing there. Then when I come to pick up the truck, same situation. The guy who was "my advisor" I guess, didn't recognize me from an hour earlier so I stood again awkwardly waiting for him to finish a phone call while 5 other people sat there without customers. All seeing me standing there. I never come to dealers for service but this being a newer truck I wanted to pay a little extra for service techs that are more familiar with this vehicle. I've never seen a shop operate this way. Hated every second of it.

Took all three of our Fords to Quick Lane, I was very happy for the service. The techs were pleasant and took care of my needs, took all three in for full synthetic oil changes & tire rotations. I have no complaints, always enjoy how smooth my vehicles run after a fresh oil change. My ONLY complaint was having a sales person immediately in my face and in my husbands face the second we opened the door to the waiting room. I don't think customers in the service area should be harassed. I understand approaching people if they're out in the lot looking, or in the main dealership, but I'm not taking my car to shop with the intention of buying something new.

Got Oil change on 8/5/23 on my 19 f150 3.5, first time having a ford. Decided to use Vic Bailey cause they were closer but that was a mistake. Dropped off for oil change. Got a call about 1.5 hours later it was done. Picked up and drove all the way home to find it leaking a lot of oil on my driveway. Took it back and dropped off again cause of plans and get a call and they cross threaded the filter. Don't know why it wasnt checked before. Well they fixed that and said they cleaned up under the truck and they clearly didn't. Photos attached. If they did clean it then it's still leaking. Hard to tell since I have to clean it. Won't be back.
