Could not be happier with their service. I purchased an Ecoboost Mustang at the beginning of this month, and only a few days after owning it, check engine light comes on. The dealership charged me $120 for a diagnostic and told me the fuel pump and gage needed to be replaced. I came here for a second opinion, because their reviews had great things to say, and I’m so glad I did. Not only did they confirm the fuel pump was functioning, they went above and beyond and spent hours diagnosing my car, and sent me every single test they ran with their findings. They broke everything down to me, and stayed in constant contact with me. Had I listened to the dealership, I would have wasted $1,500 on a part I didn’t need, and ran the risk of more problems down the road. I’ve never had a mechanic be as thorough and as up front as them. 10/10 service and communication, I would recommend them to anyone.

I am really happy with the service I received from MasterTech. My car wouldn't start so they brought it in, found out something with the battery was wrong and contacted the recent place I got my battery changed and went and changed it for me. After 2 hours my car was ready to be picked up and they charged me only $35 for all the trouble. They were always truly helpful and communicated well with me. Jeffrey is the one that did all this for me, I recommend them and this is the place I would go in the future.

This place is the best! I needed a full motor swap on my ram and these guys not only sourced the motor and got it delivered within a day or two but did the actual swap in less than 2 days! My car stalled on my way to work and I had to tow it. Luckily, MasterTech fit me in right away. They were able to diagnose the issue and get me on my way in less than a few hours for a very reasonable price. The men working here were very kind and personable. They explained everything to me kindly. The lobby was comfortable and very clean. Sometimes car guys can talk down to women dealing with cars on their own… these men treated me like an equal and explained everything to me so that I could understand the issue. I was told by a Dodge Tech that I would need a new motor in my truck. Brought it to MasterTech Auto for second opinion. Daniel and Jessie here at MasterTech said they were confident it was just a lifter issue. I left the truck and they were correct, final cost was about 1/3 the cost of a new engine but it was a big job and they came in under the original quote. Definitely would recommend their services.

This Place is AWESOME! Daniel and Jeffrey were absolutely amazing at communicating, diagnosing and repairing my daughter's vehicle. They explained EVERYTHING and found ways to save me money. These guys deserve every bit of work you can think of and YOU deserve to experience the kind of honesty and service this shop provides! I recently moved to the area from out of state and was worried about having to go through shop after shop to find a good one but that's not the case now! I’m relatively new to the area, and needed an auto mechanic close to home. I found Mastertech a little while ago after having problems with my car. I had a good experience, so when my new car broke down, I knew where to go to have it fixed. They charged a fair price for repairs on my car. I like how they text an invoice so you can look it all over and approve or deny each individual recommended service item. Their waiting area is nice and clean and comfortable, and they have a little drink cooler, which is nice especially as hot as it is lately. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience.
