Rick made a horrible groan when he looked under my car, got up shaking his head, my stomach dropped then he said, "Forty bucks." Ha! What a great guy and shop with pics of his beautiful family and Duck Dynasty on the TV My kind of people. Got me fixed in a half hour. Honest, great service with a side of humor. Won't go anywhere else...

They installed a Flowmaster muffler and did a resonator delete which was some good work and the the sound 'now' once I fixed it is decent. But THEY DIDN'T TELL ME THE DANGERS of changing my muffler's pipe from the stock 1 1/2" to 2 1/2" which added too much air flow into my engine, too much horsepower, the sparks began firing randomly, and the engine started rattling really bad which almost broke my whole engine. They also threw away my old stock car parts without asking my permission or offering them back to me which should cost me up to $2,000 to $4,000 to repurchase if I need them again. My recommendations buy a stock car from a Dealership with the aftermarket muffler system you want on it preferably a turbo vehicle, but if you were to do some aftermarket work on your current car you can just change the muffler to a Magnaflow, put a chrome tip on it, and do a resident delete DO NOT WIDEN YOUR PIPES ON THE BOTTOM my car now is good.

U get what u pay for.... welds suck! Pipe hangers break and rust easy... business is slow so expect him to take his precious time. Better luck at Midas across the street. Speedy team good service and they actually sell the exhaust they advertise.... when a business says cash only, RUN....its 2018! Thank in advance MANAGEMENT.

I am so thankful to have found the person who operated off of Reidville Road years ago. Honesty & integrity is at the top of the services they offer. I was very pleased with the oil change and the filters that needed to be changed out. Also, I was grateful for the tire repair that was fixed. Basically, on my way home, I noticed I didn't see my debit card I thought I'd seen on the floor board. I was very grateful when I called them back. I was told where it had been placed. What a blessing ❣️

These guys are great and the best prices in town and surrounding mechanic shops! Trust me I call around and get quotes and it’s CRAZY how expensive it is to get your car worked on these days but it’s something we all need so I try my best to price shop and these guys at ricks muffler shop just hands down beats every other place and not by $50-100 or so… they’re a few hundred dollars cheaper! I have a Deisel truck and I only take it here.

Nice folks. Brought in my 2007 Mustang GT to get a catalytic converter welded on. They just so happened to have a high flow performance variant in stock. Sounded incredible and the welds were meticulous. Honest pricing too. Would absolutely recommend these guys!

The first visit he welded my new muffler. The second visit I went in thinking my catalytic converter needed to be replaced but he gave a honest diagnosis and let me know the issue was my coil pack. He replaced my cracked resonator and added a hanger. He was nice, the prices were reasonable and it didn't feel like a money grab like a lot of other places. Thanks

I brought my truck in to find out what issue it was having. His technician found a bad strut. I bought a replacement part, it didn't fit correctly. I had to come back the day with a different part. After speaking to someone over the phone the day before letting them know I would be there at 8am. Upon arrival at 8am I was greeted and spoke to Shawn who told me that there's already a car on the lift and he should have me in about 30 mins. After waiting a hour without any follow-up on how much longer I would be waiting I got in my car and left. They weren't busy and had other lifts open. But I had to still wait.
