Everyone at Elias is so kind. They truly help you with what is needed, and don't try to oversell on items you don't need. They are also great at letting you know what needs to be done soon so you plan ahead financially. They are a shop I fulpy trust, and that is hard to find. Prices are great, they do everytging possible to help you save money. Please go there for your car's needs. They'll take great care of you.

This place was a lifesaver on our road trip. Our back tires were toast after hitting potholes and steep hills and we were still 25 miles out to where we were staying going 50 mph on the highway. They were closing in 20 min but were more than willing to help us and trouble shoot. They thankfully had two tires in decent shape to install for an incredible price, and did it all before closing. Absolutely wonderful customer service!

Receipt says Lazarin Tire and Auto. Business cannot be located on BBB. Horrible customer service. They changed brakes and rotors front and back, within a month and a half I had to go back because I was told the breaks and rotors were glazed. The receptionist said she would call me back after upgrading the parts and I would have to pay the difference. In which I was offered a $50 discount initially because it took 4 hours to complete this. I went to have this replaced and she insisted I leave and come back. 3 hours went by and she did not call or go get the new parts. She argued with me and accused me of being rude to her when I simply just wanted my car fixed and I did not want to wait 4 hours like before. I expressed to her that this could have been resolved if she held up her end of the deal by getting the parts and calling me back. I finally called my dad who called and let her know that they needed to go get the parts and fix it. Surprisingly when he came the parts were there in ten minutes but I sat in the lobby for an hour and all I was told was that O’reily didn’t have a driver. We went back and forth until the parts came and it was fixed. The receptionist threatened to call the police, took pictures of our tags, and yelled stating she didn’t want any money. I would NOT recommended this place to anyone with a golf cart!! Unprofessional and they are ripping people off by paying Pennie’s for parts and charging customers an arm and a leg!!!! The receptionist has a disgusting attitude and appears to be overwhelmed with the amount of translation she’s having to do. None of the men would speak just her which I found to be VERY strange!

3 days after purchasing tires, the front passenger tire blew out due to dry rotting. The owner only wanted to reimburse half of the price if purchased another tire. She said I rode on the tire while it was bad. So, I was I supposed to know it was a bad tire when I just purchased it three days prior. If it's a bad tire, shouldn't you replace it. One thing I'm not doing is arguing with people about the services. I'll take it as a lost and a lesson, but never will I ever use this service again. They're going to lose even more doing dirty deals.

Do not use this business for anything the lady in the front desk is rude and don’t know nothing about cars her name is Norma the tires they use are cheap tires they buy for less than 20 dollars the used ones and try to sell them for 50+ I do not recommend this business for anything they treated they employees like dogs in front of me and honestly the guy named crash their mechanic doesn’t know anything about cars they messed up my front end saying they had replaced lower control arms and ball joints and got an alignment done but my car swerves to the left even more than before so that tells me this guy doesn’t know what he’s doing they have a sign that says ASE certified but none of their employees are ASE certified

Very friendly staff. I brought couple of my vehicle here. They did tire patching, removing nails. Once I had to come back twice for the same issue, but they were happy to correct it for no additional charge. On my very last visit I asked him to wash the robber on one tire, but they washed all four as a courtesy. Thank you!

She changed me 35 per tire for install of my own tires but she didn’t install correct weights because I have custom wheels that need sticky weights but they install side weighs. I told them that they do not correct and they told me to pay more for correct weights. This is second time I come back because they don’t balance tires correctly and I have bad wear on tires and this is when I pointed this out to them. The save money on balance of tires.

I came & got my tires done not too long ago with Elias. I got 4 new tires along with alignment and tire rotation. One day my husband was driving and we made a U-turn trying to head to church, all we hear is rumbling noises, next thing we know my back tire went flat. Came up here to get a new tire which we were told the tires were new when we got them already ! they try to charge us an extra $50.00 for a new tire.. Talking about they love Jesus , but the attitude and actions tell the real you.

Highly recommend, they are absolute life savers, i had a bad blow out and called about a tire and they went absolutely above and beyond in customer service i didn’t realize what time they closed when i called, they stayed open and waited on me an extra 30 minutes so i was able to get a tire, they even offer towing if needed. The nicest people and just absolute life savers! Extremely thankful for the staff
