What an amazing place to get your European Vehicle serviced. I have a 2016 MB S550 and did not want to pay the extraordinarily high service costs at the MB dealer. I came across Heads Up automotive and decided to use them. I had a warning light that I needed to have B service done so I called the dealership and was quoted $1800. When I contacted Heads Up, they said that they could do the same service for around $600. Much to my surprise when they were in the middle of the service they told me that I didn’t need B service and lowered the service cost $150. The owner Chris came out and spent a considerable time talking about the services they provide and the length of time they have been in business. Alli the manager also chatted with me at length and overall, I haven’t been treated this well at any other auto service facility. I would rank them very highly for service and recommend them highly.

I have a 2005 325i. This is the first time I have had extensive repairs done by Heads Up. I am the original owner and have always taken good care of my car. Chris and his team did a first rate, extremely thorough job. I have to give a special thanks to Ally, who was very conscientious about keeping me informed. Unlike most shops they offer a three year parts and labor warranty. As an added bonus they also offer Uber service. I highly recommend Heads Up.😎

This was my first service/repair experience with the Heads Up Automotive team. I found Chris to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful when discussing the needed repairs. One repair worth mentioning was to replace the control arms as the bushings were leaking and showing wear. This was in spite of having been replaced recently by another shop. The overall quality of parts and labor of the prior shop is certainly suspect as the control arm bushings were trashed after 10K miles. The point of all this is the car drives completely different and so much better with the repair Heads Up did. Says a lot for the honesty and work performed by Heads Up.

The only place I trust with European vehicles! Super knowledgeable when it comes to anything Euro and their services are well priced. I know every time they work on anything of mine it will be done right, this first time. The shop is nice and clean and the waiting area is top notch! The service manager Alli is an absolute super star ⭐️. She’s the main reason I keep returnin, she cares about her guests as if they were family and that’s extremely hard to find in today’s world. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Darlings, it’s me—Fifi Fenderbottom the Mini Coop Convertible—reporting back after the most marvelous spa day at Heads Up Automotive. My new human discovered me through the internet, knew instantly I was a keeper (well, of course!), and wanted me all brand-new for her. She also knew just where to take me—and oh, what a treat! The wonderful team didn’t stop at new tires and brakes. Oh no, I was utterly pampered: ✨ Fresh spark plugs to keep my heart skipping happily ✨ A carbon cleaning so I can breathe easy ✨ A perfect alignment (a girl must strut straight, you know) ✨ A new water pump pulley and coolant service (hydration is beauty!) ✨ All fresh air filters so I can sigh gracefully ✨ And even sparkling new light bulbs so I can wink at passersby And when they finished, they cleaned me up!. Honestly, I felt ready for the runway! Meanwhile, my human sipped coffee, nibbled snacks, and enjoyed HGTV in the cozy lobby (because everyone knows that a happy human makes a happy Mini). Absolutely Outstanding Service! I have my 2019 Lexus ES 350 and 2020 Mercedes GLE450 serviced at Heads Up and I have to say—they are hands-down the best car service experiences I’ve ever had.
