Fantastic fast work done on my car. Be sure to use the coupons on their website if you’re a new visitor. Will let you know of the problem with pictures via text and allow you to approve/deny services recommend if you go in for a diagnosis. Haven’t had someone take this good care of my Audi in a while will be coming back for pre summer and inspection work needed!

Lousy $15 car wash, nobody to even complain to, including this foamy good left on my driver's side mirror. Unable to get receipt at kiosk, poor maintenance probably, doubt I'll ever go back, and you can bet I'll tell everyone not to go there. Poo poor poor Figured I'd swing in as on my way, instead of going to Hoffman in Latham as I usually do, screw me once.........never again

Awful experience. I dropped off my car for a simple oil change and was told it would take about 4 hours. After 6 and a half hours, I called and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. When I arrived an hour later, it still wasn’t done. I then waited another 30 minutes while the staff sat around joking about how they had messed up multiple cars that day and done the wrong work. Extremely unprofessional and lazy. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Went to Broadway Auto Clinic, the mechanics were all professional and fixed my vehicle twice, once for maintenance and another for a recent deer strike to the driver side wheel. Sandra, the co-owner was very nice to me and if I lived closer, I would take it there for vehicle stuff, but at least is walking distance from work. I would highly recommend them! Great job!

As usual the team at Broadway Auto did a great job repairing our car. They are so knowledgeable and communicative. I waited while the rear brakes were replaced. They had already ordered and received the parts so everything was done in 90 minutes. Not bad. The latest visit was the same excellent service. Will be returning next month for inspection oil and filter change and tire rotation. These are the Good guys. Honest, truthful, speedy service.
