I have been meaning to write this review, so today is the day. This is hands down an excellent place to take your vehicle. Most people have undergone anxiety or fear of getting one pulled over on them in dealing with their car maintenance, but this was not the case here. Mike was excellent from the fast response to get back to my voicemail, the ease of drop off and pick-up, honest pricing for the brake service I required, and most importantly the courteous and friendly customer service I received. Thank you for running an honest mechanical shop...it is difficult to find that these days. I will be informing my friends about your establishment! Respectfully, Philip

Mike is amazing! My whole family takes their cars to him! He is always honest and fair and if he notices something starting to look like it will need to be fixed/repaired soon he lets you know so you can be prepared. The whole team is great and they treat you like family!

The tires on my car were bald and after issues such as bad alignments, damaged rims, etc at a local well known garage, as well as a large dealership, I decided to go somewhere new. I was referred to this shop by several co-workers. They all spoke highly of Mike and his crew and I can see why. Mike provided quotes for several different tires all at very reasonable prices. I have been looking for a mechanic I can trust for a long time. Mike does all of our company vehicles along with the cars of several co-workers and came highly recommended. Both of our cars are getting older and need more maintenance and work. I have been extremely happy with the work performed, the price and the experience overall! I get an honest opinion every time and if something doesn't really need to be done he tells me. I never feel like I'm being sold and fully believe that he is just looking out for me and the vehicle. It is soooo great to have someone I can really trust! I will never go to a Midas or big chain tire shop again! The work, price and experience is so much better at Innovative! - Bryan

I was looking for a honest and professional car repair shop. My nephew referred me to go see Mike and his staff at innovative. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was welcomed with a great smile and positive energy from Mike. I was impressed by how many people were happy to come there and get their car issues resolved. I could tell from the interactions with his customers it was nothing less than trust, mutual respect and longevity. I’ve never asked anyone for a handout or a favor, I just look for the complete picture of someone to do great honest work and reliable regardless who you are & whether it’s a big or small. I could go on and on telling all the things I heard and saw for the 2 1/2 hours while I was there,but seeing is believing. I really appreciate the great work and giving me the feeling of confidence when I get into my 2016 Kia Sorento that I decided to follow up with the recommendation from my nephew and I’m extending to whoever reads this review. Again I highly recommend this place if you want professional and honest quality service for you or your family/ friends please schedule your appointment and experience what good business use to be like many years ago when a man’s word was his bond!!!

He got me in quickly for a minor repair and discovered the part was a recall for my vehicle. Said he didn’t want to charge me for something I could Have done for free at the dealership. I always say “You can’t make a first impression, a second time around “! I needed some services done and this place and its staff and the owner made sure I was WELL taken care of, my car was safe and that I was pleased with their work. To say that they went above and beyond would be an understatement! They listened to ME and my concerns, they engage in regular conversation and I’ve never seen a more soft spoken, kindhearted, caring group of men in my life. I can't say enough good things about Mike and the crew at Innovative Performance Auto. Mike is not only a genuinely very sweet guy, he's honest, organized, professional, knows his stuff and is great at communicating. He's one of the two best mechanics I've ever had, and the stuff of gold. I leave his auto shop leaving with a weight off of my shoulders. When can you say that about any kind of service? Great employees and Mike the owner is a wonderful man I broke down on a Saturday night in hospital parking garage while leaving from visiting my critically ill husband was definitely not the time to have car trouble. Of course Monday's would be hectic for him yet he took our vehicle and figured out the issue ordered parts and can was ready to go on Tuesday he made a horrible time a little better by being there in my great time of need.
