I originally stopped in with a bad starter. They said it was going to be $600. First of all, its way over priced. $600 to install a starter in a Toyota Sequoia? Additionally, I am pretty sure they messed up my lug nuts. And the car has started to make additional noises, which seems really weird. Buyer beware. Be thankful for the money you robbed, you'll never get another dollar from me, that's for sure.

This place is unbelievable!! I have not met real honest to goodness mechanics in many years. Not only do these men work hard on the task at hand, they don't make you feel inferior or dumb when explaining what's wrong with the vehicle. They did not overcharge at all,they were willing to work with me because of my situation at the time. And you really couldn't meet a more friendly and courteous staff. My hats off to Broadway Premier!!!!

Had a small issue with my car and I called multiple places near by, but everyone said they didn’t have time or they were fully booked. Called Broadway Premier Auto Service and they told me to bring our car in so they can look at it. 20 minutes later and it’s all fixed! Amazing customer service and amazing owners! Thank you! I brought my company vehicle to this shop because my transfer case selector was stuck on 4high. Their mechanics did an inspection that took 1.5 hrs, which they charged me 160 dlls. Their mechanic concluded that the transfer case needed a rebuild that was supposed to cost me 2800 dlls. I drove my truck to get a second opinion and they fixed it in 30 min, it was a linkage issue that cost me nothing. Hopefully, the shop personnel read this and understand that charging people for nothing is utterly wrong. Beware people do not get trapped and always ask for a second opinion.

The head mechanic, Moses is by far the most professional and knowledgeable mechanic, I’ve ever had the honor of taking my vehicles to. If you go here, I highly recommend his service, his attention to detail is impeccable. Though any one of the professionals that work here, are far above any shop I’ve ever encountered. This place is clean, professional, fast and very well put together. They especially take care of service members! I can say that with full confidence as I’m a Marine myself. These guys understand the busy and stressful lives, we have and go above and beyond reproach to ensure customer satisfaction and building relationships of trust, which is hard to come by with any auto shop. The service and thorough communication was incredible and quick! Jorge, Moises, and Charlie all worked efficiently to fix the several issues in two days time and drive it in between each adjustment to ensure nothing was missed. They inspected the vehicle on the spot and quickly diagnosed the issues and made it a point to show/explain to me the areas of damage that needed repair under the vehicle to better understand what was causing the shaking and noise. The shop is very organized and well-ran by the owner and prices very fair for my services which included: new front brakes, alignment, new left and right lower control arms, all new motor/engine transmission mount, and front rotors. This is definitely the best place to take your car - thank you Broadway Premier!

Driving down the I-5 my car started to act up. I pulled off the first exit and noticed transmission fluid leaking… bad day. I brought my car to Broadway Premier Auto Service, and had the most amazing service. They also have quick turnaround time. Dropped it off Wednesday around 5pm and had my car back Thursday afternoon. 1/10 experience with Broadway Premier. They claimed to install the new battery I provided, but surprise surprise, they slapped in an old one instead! To make matters worse, they asked for cash payment (no receipt), which should've been a huge red flag. Thanks God I had other proofs of the transaction to confront them. I took them to court and WON, but the hassle wasn't worth it. Not sure if it is a culture of blatant dishonesty there or if its one person's behavior, but I shouldn't be taken advantage of like that. One star is even too. generous. Stay away from them.
