Had my car for 2 days and did nothing with it. We figured out the problem on our own and brought the car elsewhere to be fixed. Do not trust them. Don't know if the mechanics have any training

HORRIBLE SERVICE Richard and Aurelia are completely incompetent. They told me they had a tech line case open in April of 2022, but come to find out my car sat their until November 2022 with no work done, no tech line case ever opened….. I was lied to. Bring your car to east county kia or Carlsbad kia, but avoid Chula Vista and avoid Ball. Ball kia are up charging everything and basically are crooks.

Where do I begin!? Every single time I have had a problem with my hybrid, they take their sweet time to get to my vehicle, regardless if I have an appointment. I know they must have favorite people because unless I'm hounding them, I get no updates and get treated as if I am getting my service done for free! I much prefer the kia in Escondido (which is where it was purchased) but unfortunately when my car has broken down it has been by works of Kia of Chula Vista(and I want them to fix it or at least take responsibility)definitely do not appicate the service and lack of communication this store has had. I'm glad to be moving closer to Escondido where I know I'll be getting great service great communication and a car that actually works

Actually I was a little surprised when I was told that my recall would take several hours to complete and my wife came with me and we just looked at each other and said ok. To make a long story short it only took half the time. Anyway the waiting was comfortable and gave me plenty of time to read a book so I did. The service was great and I was very satisfied with the results. Thank you Chula Vista Kia.

Brought my kia in for an alignment and some other work. When i got my van back the steering wheel vibrated so hard and pulled to the left mor than when i brought it in. i had to bring it back to redo the alignment. when i got it back they informed me the rear tire had a puncture oon the side wall with a fast leak, which it didnt have before. the service tech was very rude and pushed to get me out. when i brought it into discount, they informed me I no longer had 4 matching tires that I had the week before I bought it into kia, onof the tires was a replaced with a different brand and used with alot less tred the service manager, Anthony, was not helpful at all. Will NEVER be going here again. so disappointed

Horrible service!! Had an appointment waited for an hour and a half, when came in to ask how much longer, my vehicle hadn’t even been put in to service. After complaining I was treated horribly by service advisor Armando. Decided to call service advisor manager to complain Anthony Correa(twice) left message never returned my call. Called GM Dan V. Twice left message and also nothing. Needless to say, I will never come back and will definitely will never refer anyone!! Pésimo servicio!!

My experience was wonderful. Gilbert helped me with my service for a Kia K4. I have a warranty so it’s all covered but I was still treated respectfully and with great service. I have always gone to Kia Service Centers and this is the best one by far. No one tried to upsell me on unnecessary things for the car, they told me it’s in great condition. Last time at another Kia I was pressured to upgrade EVERYTHING. I chose not to, because I was really put off by it, and I expected the same this time. But I was only informed of an alignment that was needed and I happily agreed. It was comforting to know I wasn’t taken advantage of, at least it felt like that. I recommend this center to anyone. They have the night drop off that I always take advantage of. It’s very convenient. PS if you have a warranty that pays for your oil change, bring the name and number to CLAIMS. It will make your day easier!

The other day I made an appointment, I arrived earlier so I can do all the paper work process. They told Me my car was going to be ready in 4 hours, when I got back after the time they told me they didn't know where my car was they made alot of excuses. Until I told them that I had things to do that I Couldn't wait no more time and I needed my car back in less than 5 minutes they had it ready for me to leave with no service done. After 10+ years of being KIA customer, I realized there service is the same as their cars 💩💩.

Did not get called to advise me of the status of my Kia. I was told it would be 3 hours at drop off for service and since it was six hours later and I did not hear from any one, I just went in on my own. Then I had to wait another half hour to get the car. During the course of the day I tried to call service several times but there was no answer. I called parts twice to get a live person and they just sent me to voicemail. I finally called sales and the woman was nice enough to find someone to call me back.
