This man Chris Lora a despotic does not solve anything and they are worse , they send you letters of service and recall and only to waste your time and money I do not recommend it for anything sad .

Honestly, very disappointed. I used to work for this dealership when it was under different ownership, so decided to bring my gt350 by for an oil change. You know, support the place. Made an appointment, great. Took them over 3 hours for an oil change. Ridiculous considering I had a 8am appointment. On top of that the service manager was busy chatting it up while I waited to pay. Almost got in my car and left, it was like he didn't give a dang that I was standing there for 10 minutes waiting to pay. Ended up asking a different service manager if I could pay with him. Will not come back.

Communication started great , then just fell apart , had my car for about a month just to tell me it was a fuel pump , when I decided not to go thru the dealer for the fuel pump , there was other fees all of a sudden , as well the rep I was dealing with was on vacation no one every returned my call , just disappointed in this service , called to Speak to the manager they took my info down about a week ago and was told I would get a phone call and I’ve yet to hear from him Avoid this dealer

Looks like I’m not the only one with this type of review. If you are in need of any service, I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here at all. So many other fords to choose from, this one isn’t it. No call backs, no updates, can only speak with your specific advisor whether they are there or out, not their problem. Nobody will help you. There is no rush to helping you at all. The communication, and time are both huge fails from this service department. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere!

Took my car in for a Coolant leak said it was in the turbo ? and it would cost $5K to fix and $2K to fix 2 oil Leaks they found. It was a 2013 Escape not even worth 5K. They had the acquisition department call me and offered to buy the car for $300 ? I sold the car on my own and quickly bought another car that is not a ford. Never own a Ford again just because of this service department. They charge 3 times what a private repair shop charges. I would rather buy a new car every time than take my car here for repairs, far cheaper.

This guys go above and beyond!!! Great customer service, they offer valet to pick up and drop off your vehicle from your home if you’re with 15 mile range. Jose Gomez answered all my questions and advised me in what was needed to be done to my vehicle. Keep up the good work !!!
