Worst customer service I've ever experienced over the phone. I was rear ended and want and out of pocket estimate before I decide what I'm doing. He wanted to talk over the whole time, then said walk in estimates are welcome then in the same breath I had to make an appointment. He kept arguing with me that I needed to go though insurance, he does that because they have higher rates for insurance companies. I'm familiar with a process as I've worked in automotive shops for 13 years. Rude and very unhelpful.

Excellent experience. I got a couple of bids for a simple job and Superior Auto Body was much cheaper and did the job much faster than anyone else. They even washed and vacuumed my car as a courtesy. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Took my vehicle in recently, was very happy with their overall service/attention/notifications. I was given a reasonable timeframe for repair, prior to dropping it off with just simply sharing pictures of damages. Then pleasantly surprised with news it would be done sooner. My biggest surprise, was how awesome their repair turned out, looked brand new! I highly recommend this auto shop.

I am totally happy with the body work done on my car. The customer service was great. I was able to get my car in and appraised immediately and get the work started. Work was not unduly slowed waiting for needed parts. My rental car was brought to the shop for me. My car was detailed beautifully, cleaned inside and out --- something I did not expect! Not only that, I can bring it back for another FREE detailing in 30 days. The appraiser, Jr., is a positive, energetic and happy person who makes it clear that he wants you to be happy as well. It was an unexpected pleasure to deal with Superior Auto Body.

My van had been stolen and recovered by the police about 2 weeks later. I live out of town and my insurance company handled recovering my van from Angelo's Towing, who towed it from where it was found by the police, and had it towed to Superior Auto Body for repairs. I had to call Angelo's Towing company to have them email a release form for my signature so they could release the van to Superior Auto Bidy. While on the phone with Angelo's I asked if there was still a guitar amplifier in the van. The gal I spoke with said there was. It was hard to believe my $600 amplifier wa stil in the van. The gal I talked to described where the amplifier was, which is where I had left it. She also said there were power tools on the floor in the back of the van, without me asking about anything other than the ampifier. Junior, from Superior Auto Body called me to have me mail them a key to the van because he said the van was locked and he needed to get in to assess damage from the theft and so the locksmith could repair the ignition switch. When I went to Superior to pick up my repairee van I looked to see if my guitar amp was still there. It was not. The power tools were gone too as well as a number of other personal items I had mentioned to the police when I reprted the van stolen that were listed as recovered with the van. In all, tools, music equipment, a laptop and other personal property, valued at $2000 was missing out of the van. I am NOT a happy camper. My insurance company is not happy either. I haven't pointed any fingers at who might have stolen my things, but my suspicions run high that my things were still in the van when it arrived at Superior. Chula VIsta Police are still investigating the robbery as well as my insurance company. Superior, otherwise, did an excellent job repairing my van.

Hands down the best collision repair experience I’ve ever had! I brought in my brand new 2026 Tesla Model Y LR-AWD Launch Series to Superior Auto Body in Chula Vista after a minor rear-end accident, and from start to finish, the service was exceptional. Andres Sánchez, our point of contact, went above and beyond. He ordered parts ahead of time before I even dropped off the car to speed up the repair timeline. He explained everything clearly, handled the entire claim with Allstate without me needing to lift a finger, and constantly kept me in the loop. When I picked up the car, it was spotless, fully detailed and looking better than new. To top it off, he even repaired a small paint chip that wasn’t related to the accident, completely complimentary. That kind of attention to detail and care is almost unheard of these days. If you drive a Tesla (or any car, really) and want to feel truly taken care of, Superior Auto Body is the place to go. I’ll never take my vehicle anywhere else, Andres and his team have earned a lifelong customer.

I had a great experience at Superior Auto Body. Andre took such good care of my car. He called as promised for updates. When time came to pick up my car, it looked like it had ever been in an accident. The car was nicely washed. I have no complaints with this shop. Staff was very friendly and professional. The waiting room is clean and had comfortable sofas. I hope I don't have to use them again but if I do, this is where I'll come back to.

My car was a hit & run at the mall and this place was recommended to me. The owner said it would take one week and it ended up being two weeks. When I picked up my car the owner did not do a walkthrough with me when he gave me my car but he also didn't do one when I dropped my car off. Shame on him and shame on me for not bringing it up. The price went up a few times with my insurance after my deductible but I didn't care since I wasn't paying. I picked up my car on 12/22 and went straight home, on Saturday I took my car out of the garage and noticed a scratch on the hood and took the car to the shop to 1. show the owner and 2. check to see if he had cameras. When I got there he immediately asked to go see it and right away was defensive making excuses up that it could had happened anywhere. I only drive that car to work since we have a bigger weekend car. He didn't once say he would look at the cameras or try to work with me. I was frustrated and disappointed he wasn't interested in what had happened rather made excuses. I asked him how much he would charge to fix a one inch scratch and he said about 1000 dollars using the excuse that he had to recalibrate the sensors. I was supposed to take another two cars this week to him but decided not to. I hate when people try and take advantage of people, especially your own race. We found another place to take our other two cars for us and they are willing to fix my scratch as a courtesy. It ended up working out but please make sure you do a walk through.

This auto shop is outstanding! After an incident I had on a Sunday, the owner and team still answered the phone and guided me on how to leave the car for them to fix. Pablo, in particular, was exceptional—he kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything thoroughly, and even went out of his way to provide help. That level of dedication and care is truly rare. The service was prompt, the pricing was fair, and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations.

Awesome service from Pablo here. Worked with them twice when my Sequoia was damaged and both experiences were great. He even got me a complimentary Uber back to my house while I dropped it off. Although they couldn't do much this second time (wasn't their call. Insurance totaled my ride this time) I will definitely bring my business back to them and Pablo. Hopefully not anytime soon though. Got into a minor accident with my Tesla and I needed the whole side of my car repaired so i looked online and found Surprior Auto Body a certified Tesla repair center. Jr was my rep and was amazing he had my car towed to there center and handled it in a professional and timely manner he set a completion date and met that date. There repair center is pretty big organized and there work is close to perfect there was no big orange peel or obvious sanding marks or fish eyes it had plenty of clear and looked like factory. I highly recommend this shop for Tesla repair or for any other vehicles.

If you’re a perfectionist who values small details and high-quality work, this is the place for you. The shop is EXTREMELY organized and professional and it shows through my car repairs as well. I was aware of all the repairs through paper and verbal communication. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I needed several panels replaced on my car. I was afraid of the paint not matching because my car has much older paint. However, they went above and beyond my expectations and my car looks amazing. Will go there again. These guys are great! We had a "customer pay" (no insurance) job, most body shops can not think outside their little box. Superior came up with great solutions for us, without breaking the bank. Just to qualify, I retired from insurance work and I have dealt with over 75 repair facilities. We are very happy with the professionalism and work that was performed.
