Had a chance to stop by for an engine oil leak in multiple spots on an old 57 bel air convertible didn’t think they could do much, I was worried about the paint being scratched, but I took the chance since the shop was organized and was super clean, which told me if they can take care of the shop like that they will take care of the customers vehicle. I also didn’t know if they worked on older cars, but when I asked he told me to take it the next day with no hesitation and I did just that, They had it done in one day. Its been about 1 month and no leaks. Will send anyone that ask me where to go, to them. Thanks for help was very pleased no damages what so ever to my ride.

Short version is they do great quality, clean and detailed work with fair prices, a rare combination in this day and age! I highly recommend Checkered Automotive Solutions for any work and plan to return for a bumper installation. I purchased a full suspension package for my truck and didn’t have the time or location to do it myself. Accutune Offroad gave me several recommended shops but Checkered was able to work with my limited schedule to install the suspension and align my truck the same day. Additionally he was able to pickup my suspension parts from AO and also retorque everything the day after installing it. I will absolutely be returning to Checkered Automotive Solutions for any future work that I don’t have the time to do myself, and know it was done well!

Just got this 2018 bone stock 4runner weeks ago- Jahaziel and team worked magic! They gave it a 3" dobinsons ims lift, new wheels and bmc to fit the 285 wildpeaks. He made it such a seamless experience: ordered everything and installed with quick turnaround, answered all questions and had laser sharp communication. Honest and reasonable shop- well worth the drive from OB! Will be back!

I was recommended Checkered Automotive by Accutune Offroad. I was hesitant to drive 2+ hours when there are so many shops in LA I could have gone to, but after the owner, Jahaziel spent an hour on the phone with me going over everything in detail, answering all of my questions, I knew I was talking to the right person. I was visiting some friends in San Diego and we installed a Dobinsons lift kit on my 2025 Tundra. My buddy recommended I call AccuTune and ask if they had recommendations for an alignment shop, (I've bought suspension from them in the past). AccuTune recommended this shop (as others have noted), and they did a fantastic job. I live in Nevada (500+ miles away) so I was a little worried about the drive back, but I had zero issues. Nothing felt loose and the truck tracked perfectly straight down the road. I can't remember the name of the guy that helped me, but he was very knowledgeable and we had a good chat about suspension in general. I highly recommend this shop. Good, honest, quality work.
